Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

Pleasant surprise. This place is way better than I expected. It's beautifully designed, wonderfully clean rooms and had everything we needed. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I love the bustling lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Quiet given how close it is to the airport.

Quiet. Convenient to airport. Only trouble we had was getting a shuttle to the hotel in the morning. The wait was long. There was no “line” so people that arrived after got into the shuttle before us, making us getting an Uber in the end.

The room was ok but AC didn’t seem to be working.

If self parking. You need to let the front desk know then and there if not your nickname have to pay to get out of garage

So my stay started off bad had to change rooms 3x but the staff was extremely helpful and patient with my needs. The restaurant in the hotel is absolutely delicious as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

After checking in, we discovered our room had not been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the shower drain was backed up. Rather than offering to move us to another room, the hotel sent maintenance to try to fix the issue while we waited. We also experienced technical problems with the TV. It took nearly two hours and a call with the hotel’s IT department before we were finally able to connect to the Wi-Fi and use our streaming devices. Overall, the stay was very disappointing. Being next to the airport was convenient, but the hotel also had several unexpected fees that were not clearly disclosed until check-in. Between the lack of accessible parking enforcement, the unclean room, maintenance issues, and technical problems, this was not the experience we expected and I would not choose to stay here again.

Extremely commercial stay. Overnight parking costs you 81$. They even charge you for wifi 19$. Staff was helpful. But if you have an option to pick a better hotel, please do. Even after paying close to 300$ for a double bed room. They give you zero facilities.

front desk staff was rude (for last minute booking at midnight after my flight got cancelled) , room have no amenities .. u have to call to asked for anything.

Very friendly and accommodating staff very clean and very quiet

The hotel was as advertised. The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were soft, plush, clean and we got a good night's sleep every single night. We rented a car and it took us about 10 minutes to drive ourselves to the airport. The process was seamless. Our stay was enjoyable!

Great staff, very clean room and the airport shuttle is awesome!

Rooms were clean, we did hear a lot of other doors closing. When we were there only 1 elevator was working. The overnight parking for guests for really expensive in my opinion, at $80 for a hotel guest, for one night.
