Very good

Modern vibe, clean, shuttle service and it was close to the airport. Not the property but had a not so great experience with one of the workers (can’t remember his name) but looked like he had a crap day and took it with him to his job which was not great as front of staff. Something to consider.

Had a great experience here. Made a last minute reservation. Our AC went out and they upgraded our room and they credited us for room service!!! It was clean and pretty everyone was super nice
-
Really convenient if you staying close to the airport
-
Quiet and clean Good size room Would not call it four stars but a good mid level hotel
-
Clean... staff was professional and the environment was really good
-
The hotel room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have coffee in the room and not charge six dollars for a small bottle of water.
-
AMAZING PROPERTY CANT WAIT TILL MY NEXT STAY!
-
It was weird not having a microwave in the room...the swimming pool was tiny and each time I went to the pool there were teenagers throwing a football back and forth...they weren't disrespectful or anything but there was no room to enjoy the pool.
-
The staff is especially helpful & thoughtful. The prompt airport shuttle keeps us coming back, makes flying in or out of LAX that much easier.

Nice hotel
-
Rental cars are inside the hotel. It was a bonus not to go anywhere else. Also shuttle to airport goes every 10-15 minutes.
-
Room smelled of stale cigarette and smelled like a stuffy room. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair on the floor. The ac stopped working in the night so it became warm while we were sleeping.
-
Great place to stay if you’re on a business trip easy to get the all parts of our way great staff great quiet rooms very easy
-
All staff were knowledgeable about the property and kind. Vallet guys and gal were spot on. The room was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights following a pacific coastal cruise. The complimentary airport shuttle was great. We took an Uber to Venice Beach and caught a hop on off tour from there. Next time I would spend more time at Venice Beach, rent bikes, then check out Santa Monica. Hotel was great and had ice, water, a pool and microwave.
