This property was great and exactly what I needed!

I booked this for a one night layover because it was near to the airport. AC unit looked a bit dated but was most welcome in the heat. Very noisy fan in bathroom. Only paper cups provided no cups or glasses.

Catch free shuttle bus from Los Angeles Airport to Metro Terminal, then walk 13 minutes to the hotel. You don’t need to call taxi or Uber.

The room was really nice and clean! It was a nice surprise for the price and the closeness to the LAX airport.

It is close to LA X and has a nice little Greek restaurant right next door that serves good food The air planes flying over but I chose the hotel to be close to the airport.

Three was no continental breakfast included like it was seven years ago when we stayed here. The light from the people mover sitting outside on the other side of the parking lot of the hotel had it's lights shining all night and it was bright so we closed the door to the bathroom to avoid seeing it. There was no shade or curtain on the bathroom window. There was no vent in the bathroom so when one took a shower it was hot and steamy for a while. The ice maker was broken and the air conditioning was struggling to keep up when cooling the room. We also had only one bath and hand towel per person. No wash cloths or tissues were provided.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. Management allowed us to check in early and the room itself had recently been renovated. It was clean and spacious, and very near the airport which is what we needed since we were flying home the next morning. There's a little Greek restaurant attached to the motel. It's rather run down but don't let that fool you. It was packed with locals, and I spoke to one gentleman who said that he'd been eating there for the past 40 years. All this translates to great food. The only complaint we had wasn't really even a complaint. We would have preferred a king-sized bed rather than a queen, but we weren't willing to pay extra for one.
