The staff was excellent. The servers at the restaurant were also excellent.

I was a nice hotel and room. Only thing I didn’t like is that they charge a high early checkin fee.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place to travelers looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Property was nice however, the air was not working that great in the room so we were a little hot all night. Also this is the first hotel I have been in with NO window!! This was the worst part. The room was dark and I didn’t like it. However they have a nice pool on the roof top, and the hotel was really clean.

The property was as I expected to be The shuttle does not run frequently enough. We waited for over half an hour, and then finally we jumped on the shuttle for the hotel located next-door.

We (family of 6) were on a very quick stop-over flying from Maui back to Charlotte with an overnight in LA. The hotel itself was nice; clean and well maintained and the staff were very kind. The room however was kind of icky. Whatever mop water they used was greasy (kind of like restaurant kitchen floors) and we literally slid across the floor of the kitchen area. The room itself had a weird smell. It took the room a while to get cooled down once we got there as well. We didn't check in until really late (almost midnight) and left again by 8 am the next morning so it wasn't worth requesting a different room. Loved having the airport shuttle though, that was very helpful so we didn't have to rent a car! Both drivers were very friendly and helpful!!

Nothing. The water came from the tap was dusty. The bathtub valve was broken, so it wouldn't hold water. Consequently, I couldn't have a proper bath before my flight. This is not the level of quality one expects from a room costing several hundred dollars a night.
