Very close to the airport, rental car and well large comfortable rooms

However, the staff were not very helpful and the customer service could definitely be improved. We also had an issue with the TV in the living room. We waited more than 30 to 40 minutes for someone to come and check it, and we thought the issue had been fixed, but unfortunately, there was still no sound. It was quite frustrating, and we decided not to call again since it was already around 9:30 PM. Overall, the hotel itself was lovely, but the lack of customer service and the unresolved TV issue were disappointing.

We stayed at the Hyatt House hotel in LA for my 60th birthday. Everyone was amazing. The staff were so nice and professional.

The hotel had an amazing modern feel and it felt like a very nice uppity hotel. We only stayed one night but enjoyed our time. The breakfast was a bit lacking in quality/taste; French toast and egg bites were the best. Coffee was great. Very comfy beds and pillows. The pull out sofas had hard springs and were unsleepable when pulled out, but were fairly comfy just sleeping on the regular sofas. The pickup and dropoff was awkward; no general area and need to walk down a back pathway. We also had trouble getting a shuttle from the airport so hopped on one for a nearby hotel after waiting 15 min.
