I liked that it was close to the rental car center which made returns quick also since it had a shuttle to airport it was easy to drop off the car earlier and then have a more relaxed trip to the airport. Without the need to fight with traffic and also crowding at the rental car shuttles

Clean room. Fair amount of noise from Airport. Beds were not very comfortable. Room AC quiet but can’t go below 68 degrees F. Lots of space. Nicely furnished. Had to give it 3/5 stars because the airport shuttle was really poor. Waited over half an hour from the airport. Tried the link to track the shuttle, which didn’t work. Could not speak to anyone. In the morning, people waited almost an hour for an early shuttle. When the driver finally arrived, he wasn’t friendly, but he also said the truck has almost no fuel in it. Front desk were not able to give an explanation and didn’t know how to contact the company that operated the shuttle. Really hard when you need to rely on it to get to a flight. For this reason, I can’t recommend the hotel, unless you plan to drive or uber/Lyft etc.

The bathroom had no shower head, not friendly for the kids family. The shower tub curtain is not fully covered, the water spreaded around everywhere on the toilet. The mattress are very soft. We only stay one night, It is closed to airport. Very convenient.

Hotel was very nice new clean smelled nice. It felt safe. The only downfall is being so close to the airport. You can hear the airplanes and the only thing I didn’t like, the parking parking are so tight and the elevator that the parking garage uses is really old and smells and dirty But other than that the property is actually very nice. We had a free breakfast included in our stay.

Room awesome

We are not one for writing bad reviews and want to be clear that there is nothing wrong with the hotel, staff, cleanliness, breakfast or amenities. All were lovely. The staff member tried their best to make things right. Unfortunately, Hyatt failed on the three basic things we needed after 24hrs of travelling and from an airport hotel. The airport transfer took 40min to arrive, we then had to stand in line for 30min to check in and were then told that they didn’t have the room which sleeps 5 available, despite booking this back in January. This took another 30min to resolve and meant we did not get to a room (with only space to sleep 4) till after midnight. To top this off, the fire alarm went off at 2:30am. Whilst obviously, this can’t be helped, we booked this hotel so we could get there quickly, have a good sleep and set us up for the rest of our holiday. Unfortunately, It did not meet our expectations in this regard.

This was very upsetting because I believe that when guests accidentally leave personal belongings behind, they should be turned in honestly and handled through the hotel’s lost and found process. It left me feeling disappointed and questioning how lost items are handled at this property. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected better care and integrity from a hotel with Hyatt’s reputation. I hope the management reviews its lost-and-found procedures and reminds staff of the importance of returning guests’ belongings. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in staying here again.

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t give a complimentary coffee bar throughout the day

Everything was perfect, I just wish they had more meat option for breakfast, like bacon and turkey sausages.

Restaurant was good. Pool ok . The shuttle service is excellent and it was good for a quick exit to the airport in the morning.

Clean spacious room, conveniently located.

Arrival was seamless. We arrived later than check-in, but were greeted quickly and attentively. Upon the walk-in to our 2-bed sweet, we were surprised to see a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, and even pretty high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows! Honestly, it was a lovely unexpected surprise. We simply stayed the night for less than 15 hours prior to our flight in the morning and were genuinely satisfied. Airport shuttle picked us up right on time and we were on our way. Clean, easy, surprising amenities, safe area, what more could we ask for? Thank you to the team!

The renovation is good, the rooms are clean. The absolutely horrible amount of bird feces and birds is just overwhelming. There is no resort, the fee is ridiculous. They have a pool, fire pits(when they can get them to work), and a couple of games outside. The gazebo has a stench from the birds that is so strong you can't stay in it. I'm not sure what they can do. There is also a parking fee. Your car will definitely need a wash if you park there, there should not be a few for that either. The staff does there best and they are very nice. None of this is their fault. The people who own or represent the property need a reality check. There are much better options along the cliffs at the same price. We will not be returning.
