Easy and easy out. Room was very nice. We paid a lot of money for a room for one night literally just the night, and the parking is $25? That’s a freaking rip off!!! We came in late and had to leave at 3:30 am to catch our flight. When I was trying to check in, I was standing there with all my bags for five minutes waiting while some lady at the desk just kept telling stories to the guy that should’ve been checking me in. He should’ve told her let me check this person in real quick.

The hotel was ok. It was clean and had a parking garage. I did not like that our room did not have a window. It felt enclosed and dark.

Zero complaints- fast check in/out with friendly agents, immaculate facilities, gorgeous room, more than ample breakfast with good hours for early departures, great location, convenient shuttle...it's become our new favorite hotel book on day of arrival/night before departure, by a considerable landslide. Our room was given away to someone, the hotel said they’d refund us, and we heard nothing in return. This is very disappointing.

Gym was amazing, room was amazing - we have stayed there a lot of times. Very few tables to accommodate all the guests at breakfast, creating long lines. We have not been there during the summer before and it had been fine. It was a bit challenging this time, without spoiling anything though.
