Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel

It’s a nice hotel. A little misleading on the self-parking price. I was told by front desk staff at check in that the price was included in our room rate. Just to be charged $60 a day after check out.

We always stay at the Sheraton Gateway when we travel internationally in order to make early flights. It’s been great for many years because it’s close to the airport - we can walk to the terminal, the restaurant is good, bar is welcoming, rooms are a nice size. The hotel is showing its age, however, and now we are looking elsewhere. It needs a refresh.

Great to be able to leave your luggage and then go out to explore. Hotel shuttle is excellent.

I had a problem with room phone not working and I had to come down to the front desk to let them know that the toilet wasn’t working

Housekeeping was kept well. Just didn’t like that the pillows always felt wet, smelled like chlorine and very flat. Shower was good and room was spacious

I booked this place because it was cheap and close to LAX. I was very pleased to find it's quite a nice hotel, well kept up, with a pro staff. The 24 hour free shuttle made it easy to get to the airport, but it's also just a 15-20 minute walk to the terminal. If you need a place to stay near lax, I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was clean and comfortable the check-in was easy and quick we were only there for one night before our flight back to Hawai’i we will stay there again

Spacious clean rooms. Smells refreshing thru out the hotel. Close to parks

Despite the grand size of the property , they deliver the warmth of hospitality at a personal level . Kudos to the GM and the staff !

The location and shuttle were nice.

Stay was great staff was very helpful and attentive the hotel was everything I could ask for. The gym was a little limited and some machines or cables weren’t working

The room is big and comfortable! It is clean and relaxing. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast has a variety of food!

Booked the first room and it was completely dirty and the hot water didn’t work. Went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. They did change rooms for us and pretty fast. The beds and pillows were just not very comfortable and the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors. The second room the bathtub collected wanted and wouldn’t drain. By that time I was just over it to change rooms

Parking was terrible. They had onsite parking, but it was $66 and no in/out privileges or you could do valet for 80 which is ridiculous. It was close to the airport which is great, but not near anything else that I was there for. Also, there are not many good restaurants to eat at in that area.
