Worst, I attempted to work with Hotels.com about the issue and they blamed me for my late arrival. The attempted to call but were not helpful. Despite the problems, they offered me a $25 credit, which is frankly insulting for the inconvenience and total lack of help in remedying the situation. I will not be using Hotels.com again unless this situation is made right.

The front seat was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Arrived 7 hours after checked in time and they did not have any rooms available had to wait 2 hours to get a room that was smaller than what I was paying for.

The power went out for a stint of time. That was pretty scary as the hallways were pitch black and the elevators didn’t work. Super unsafe for those who need handicap accessible amenities. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The front desk employee was so helpful and courteous. Location is perfect for catching early morning flight at LAX. Shuttle driver was quick and careful and made great time around the airport. Overall I would probably stay here again.

Nice staff, very friendly. My room was not clean. Free WiFi advertised, but you had to join Bonvoy Marriott to use it, which was not anticipated and not easy to do. I just want to connect and be done. Won’t be returning.

Pillows were awful, like a bag with balled up socks in them. Air conditioner unit emitted a loud mechanical buzzing sound all night. Didn’t get any sleep.
