....WOW! is this place outdated, beat up and worn out...and no tub in the room. ...Then there was the Restaurant /Bar....I saw the nice advertisement about their new Chef and thought , "They are advertising a chef so it should be OK"....Went to the Bar, could not get get waited on. Moved to a table.....I waited for a long time to be acknowledged . Ordered an over priced salad. Pre-grilled chunked chicken. Pretty under par. When I was done, the check was dropped with a 20% gratuity added. .....Second morning of my stay I received a knock at my hotel room door about 8:45am during a 8:30am-9am work confernce call. Thinking it was house keeping, I advised them that I would not be checking out until eleven and they told me they were there for a noise complaint. WHAT???? ( I am still flabergasted about this) I was on a conference at normal volume during business hours. Asked the person to remove themselves from my door and I checked out . I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Overall Poor.

Really expensive parking. Otherwise convenient for in/out of LAX.

Salvadore at breakfast was the perfect waiter!!!!! We enjoyed him every day.

We didn’t have enough cream and sugar for the in room coffee and had to request it.

Shuttle to airport and driver asking what airline and knowing what terminal I was going to.

Stayed overnight. Would definitely stay again

The hotel location, the cleanliness of the property & rooms and friendly staff. The parking fee. It was too expensive. I think parking should be included in the hotel fee or lessen the price. I paid for my room months ago and the parking came out to another $198 dollars. Too expensive

we loved the free shuttle to and from the airport. the location is great, literally on the edge of the airport which was perfect for our transit. Staff were so fast to respond if we needed anything! and shower pressure was great and beds comfortable. We loved our stay It is little dated, but of all in good condition.
