Loved the room and the location to the things we wanted to do.

Good experience nice rooftop

My rooms air conditioning was not working. It was 77 or 78 degrees in the room when I arrived. I don’t think the maids could have kissed how hot the room was. It was 2 am when I got there and had an early flight. Too tired to move rooms. I alerted the desk and Expedia. I have had no response from either.

We enjoyed our one night stay as a nearby midpoint in our trip to Hawaii. The hotel was beautiful, clean and surprisingly upscale! Our room featured a Peloton bike and jump ropes at no extra charge. We were served a pleasant breakfast the next morning by Carlos, who was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Great property!!! Super easy to the airport!!

We chose your property to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately our experience was filled with avoidable issues from the moment we arrived.Our check-in time was supposed to be 4:00 PM, but we were not given our first room until approximately 4:40 PM. Upon entering, we immediately noticed a strong smoke odor despite expecting a non-smoking room. The room also appeared to be in poor condition, with stains on the couch and ripped furniture. Because of these issues, we requested a different room.We were not able to access the second room until approximately 4:50 PM. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The bathroom door was broken and would not open, preventing us from using the restroom. We were literally forced to hold our bladder while waiting for maintenance. The maintenance employee stated he would return in five minutes after retrieving additional tools, but instead took over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, he left his tools inside our room while we waited.This delay significantly impacted our anniversary plans. We had a dinner reservation that we ended up rushing to, creating unnecessary stress and conflict with the restaurant because we were late.While waiting, we decided to visit what was advertised online as a rooftop lounge. Based on the description, we expected an actual lounge experience. Instead, we found only a few chairs with none of the atmosphere . Lastly they never got back to our complaints after management said they would .

Clean, chic, modern, well appointed hotel. Check in/out were extremely fast and easy, and the front desk concierge was very helpful and proactive with suggestions. We only spent one night ahead of flying out of LAX the next afternoon. The observation deck on the 12th floor was pretty awesome. The otherwise very convenient snack and fast heat foods counter in the lobby baffled by selling instant ramen and noodles, but providing no way to add the required boiled water. We do wish there was a jacuzzi, but the pool was adequately warm. Complementary breakfast is great, but wish weekdays lasted the extra hour weekends do. And while the rooms are spacious and lovely, the walls are pretty thin and we heard neighbors talking, watching TV, and even using the restroom. Convenience to the airport really can't be beat. I'd stay here again at the right price to be near the airport before flying out, but I wouldnt use it as a full trip base.

If you have to stay next to the LAX airport and you want a nice property to stay at and actually see incredible views of the airport and your a Hilton person I would recommend this place the staff was awesome and we end up getting a corner Suite on one of the top floors and the views were amazing

The entire staffing were extremely accommodating and kind spirited! My stay here was exceptional due to their service and it was a birthday vacation which adds as a plus, it honestly couldn’t have been better.

paid a premium price for a room with a view of the runway. I was really looking forward to that. instead I got a room of a parking garage, road and neighbouring hotel (room 727). not cool to charge a premium for something not delivered on

From the moment that Alex Genessis Mariq checked me in, the whole experience of the hotel was excellent. It was far better than other airport hotels that I have stayed around the world. The suite was spacious and the dinner and breakfast were more than adequate. I will certainly stay here again

Unexpected charges to the price, usage of the elevator is excessive

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The on site restaurant was perfect, as I checked in nearing dinner time and had not yet eaten.
