You can watch planes take off and land on the roof The staff when I checked out was horrible. First, when I arrived at the counter, there was nobody in front of me. But there were 3 staff there. Totally ignored me. Finally got helped to checked out and after I asked him about the shuttle bus info, I walked out to the spot (where he can see me clearly) to wait for shuttle bus (where i got off the day before). Then the shuttle bus came and did not stop. I was puzzled. Until a uber driver told me I should go out of the other gate and turn left to take the shuttle bus. Thanks to him, I got to get on the bus in time. How could H Hotel hired people who could care less about their guests. Don’t choose this one. I have wasted my US$256 on such horrible hotel. Plus, the window is so dirty. I wonder if they have done the cleaning

Amazing hotel! The best around the airport. It’s newly renovated, rooms are large and clean. The only thing that can improve is the quality of the breakfast. It’s not in line with the high standard of the rest of the hotel! Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel is absolute perfection if you are an aviation enthusiast. The rooftop terrace provides excellent view of each runway and is perfect for PLANESPOTTING. It is also a 15 minute walk from the famous In-N-Out LAX. It is adjacent to LAX which is helpful for travel, they even provide a complimentary airport shuttle that is very prompt! The staff were absolutely amazing in providing excellent ideas on what to see around Los Angeles and which beaches and restaurants to visit. The room was kept in excellent condition with comfortable air units, prompt housekeeping, and amenities provided. This will be my always go-to hotel when I visit Los Angeles. 5 stars!!!

Convenient to airport with free shuttle buses

The check-in was a little clumsy didn’t really get the information of where the fitness center was or the pool. The front desk seemed a little bit in need of training.

But it was also the most poorly lit room I’ve had at a hotel. Its air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the LA heat. They provide a coffee machine and pods but no cups? The drapes have stains, the Pelaton bike and Massage gun in my room plug into a dual socket that is connected to nothing, lying on the floor. They have a pretty sad buffet breakfast, where the hot food consisted of what seemed like powdered eggs and potatoes, a toaster where half of its 4 slots were broken, and you were eating off of paper plates and where things kept running out (coffee). My keycard didn’t work with the gym and needed to be rekeyed. The airport shuttle vehicle which services multiple places has seen better days and I had to google which one it was because there’s multiple Hilton shuttles. It’s just baffling. Staff were really helpful to try to fix some of the issues. But even asking for cups, the wait time was an easy hour. Would I recommend this place? I’d put it as a maybe if you get a discount.
