Seemed like they can’t get good help. They all seemed overwhelmed and then food etc took a very, very long time.

Bed was comfortable and room well appointed. Solid bar for a nice nightcap. The hotel did require a bus ride as close but not adjacent to airport and off of a heavily trafficked road, all that said, I would stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and engaging. I was able to check in to my room early and was very grateful for that!

The room was clean, the hotel was busy and loud which is to be expected of an airport hotel. It is within walking distance of LAX. Overall it was a decent stay. It's unfortunate they don't offer room service.

Choose this hotel due to its proximity to LAX, Free shuttle to and from airport. Although we only spend the night, it was a great choice. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and they had great late food options available.

I Reserved a room for three people, but of course there was only a king size bed, and a couch that wasn't a pullout sofa
