Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAX

It was a last minute decision to get a hotel near LAX and it was around 10pm. We couldn’t book online so we decided we’ll just drop in. First two had only expensive rooms available. Then we saw Sonesta. Not familiar to us. They had a room available and not only that, price was reasonable. The staff were very accommodating and helped us out. Room was amazing. We’re now putting Sonesta at the too of our list when hotel room shopping.

My stay was very pleasant, staff was very polite and kind.

The stuff wasn't welcome and we had to leave the hotel. one of the manager lying to us like accuzing arount 11 PM. After an hour discussion with another manager, I was told that they will refund the money but I haven't recived any.

Breakfast was good and they open early. Everyone was helpful including the cleaning lady.

Shuttle was ready and waiting for my 5AM departure. No need to notify the front desk. Very efficient

Better than expected! The complimentary shuttle service running every 15 minutes from LAX made arrival seamless, and check-in was quick and effortless. The rooms were a great size—we had both a king and a double—and there’s an excellent variety of food options available downstairs. Despite the hotel being very busy with the World Cup, all staff, including cleaners and restaurant teams, were friendly and attentive. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Well done!

Too expensive!! Parking was horrendously expensive too. $30 for one-time entry/exit. $60 for multiple times. Elevator in parking garage did not function and they're weren't enough handicapped spaces. There was more reserved staff parking space than there were for handicapped persons.

Great hotel!

Very helpful staff and easy self parking. The room was clean and room service was very prompt and thorough. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Exercise room was very good. Got in a nice workout.
