What a comfortable, clean and beautiful room. Highly recommend.

Great shuttle service to the airport with friendly drivers. Breakfast is a bit pricey for quality and variety offered, and the hotel is generally understaffed.

My son recommended this hotel since it's where he stays whenever he's in town. It's not too far from LAX, super clean, and the staff was great and really accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again.

Upon check in, I had a good experience. No issues at all. The woman who checked me in was really nice and explained where parking is, how to get into the parking lot (card used for down payment or QR code pass), destination/resort fees, incidentals, etc. When we went to go park it took us 30 MINUTES to find where The Sonesta parking area in the lot was because we didn’t get clear instructions. I called hotel back and they told me it’s there but they’re not sure exactly where. We had to talk to two parking staff (one had a hard time due to language barrier). Nonetheless, we found it. Room was nice and bathroom was cleaned. There was somethings that were left a bit dirty but nothing dramatic or unpleasant. Bed and pillows were comfortable. During our stay we didn’t get our room cleaned and ensured we did not put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. Prior to leaving for the day, I called to check on housekeeping and was informed we’d still get one by 1:30. I explained this to front desk during check out and she accommodated us. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the stay however we wouldn’t come back only because it didn’t fit our needs/wants like we expected it to. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth. We just have a preference. S/O to Maria and Luz for being the only nice staff to us :)

I’ve visited a couple of times, and while the service was okay, the front desk receptionist didn’t come across as welcoming. A friendlier approach would make guests feel more comfortable.

It was a good hotel

They had different incidental holds every single time I extended my booking, nothing was very punctual at the front desk and it seemed like the experience changed person to person. It’s a little unsettling never knowing what your incidentals will be and that it’s just at the discretion of whoever is working that day.

This hotel is a trap for the unwary with hidden charges. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper hotel room price when you come here you’ll get charged Casino type daily special charges. They charge you an arm nd a leg for Parking. There’s no breakfast. It’s a rip off -the attitude of the staff person when I arrived in the evening was horrid and judgmental no empathy for my situation where I had lost my wallet.

Quick stay during a 12 hour turn around. Not much to say except that the bed was a tad dipped in middle. but everything else great and free shuttle to airport so helpful! for us this quick turn around was worth it!
