great location to close to LAX. Breakfast is less than expected.

Stay was good overall. Suite was very spacious with a nice large bathroom. Bed was comfortable. There is a fair amount of airplane traffic noise. Our room on the 7th floor faced LAX. We checked in late into the evening so not sure if that was reason for self parking over valet parking in the parking structure next door, that is not attached to the hotel. Biggest negative was the morning continental breakfast, the kitchen staff at exactly 9am just started closing the door on people still in side grabbing breakfast.

Close to airport. Food options close by. Previous experience wasn’t great but they did a good job resolving those problems during this visit.

Close to airport. Food options nearby. Room was very hot when we checked in. We notified them 4 times throughout the night and nobody ever came to the room or followed up to see if the problem was corrected. The fourth time was at 3am, at which point we told nobody is available to help with the AC and there was no way to contact a manager until after 7am. Not the way you want to spend your night if you’re flying for 24 hours the next day. I almost insisted on a refund it was so miserable.

Graduation plans for UCLA. It was 20-30 min away.

Breakfast was good. The location was excellent. Hidden cost.like parking and all those different taxes and fees we stayed5 days had to pay $3789.80 booking quoted me 2770.00 tax included and then when we got there a day later my family catch a 24 hr. Virus and my older cousin had an accident and soiled the sheets and I was charged 250.00...so no I will not return again..

Location is great, very near to airport and sofia stadium

The breakfast is too simple for your room rate. No water fountain, no coffee nor refreshments at the lobby for guests checking in. $54 of parking fee per day is even worse. This Residence inn is much worst than other Residents in and suites I stayed before. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Location convenient to airport. Shuttle was convenient and easy. Staff were so friendly! Breakfast was above average for hotel breakfasts.

Clean. Rooms are larger than average. Convenient options of Starbucks and Antonio's Pizza right on-site. Shuttle to airport. Free breakfast in the morning.

Beds are comfortable. Like the room set up. Room needs a deep clean- light switches filthy, mildew in shower, sides of cabinets dirty. Our sink was broken and leaked all over our toiletries and the AC didn’t go below 72. Breakfast was basic, but hot and fresh. Staff lovely and want to please. Great customer service. Has potential to be a super hotel, and should be, considering the cost. Parking is expensive and not indicated on booking sites.
