Very aged hotel

Had a relatively decent stay. Check-in & check-out a breeze. Kudos to Edger, one of the professional and courteous front desk staff who always greets with a smile. Room was basic and clean no complaints, wasn’t expecting anything extravagant. Having the hotel’s airport shuttle bus pick-up outside a designated spot at departures was a wonderful service.

The elevators barely worked, the hotel smelled like a pot dispensary, my shower drain did not work.

Property looked to be a converted motel, pretty dated and run down once up and out of the lobby area. The room was comfortable except that it had an unpleasant odor that never could be purged. The stay was acceptable for one night, next AM flight out of LAX. But I wouldn't stay here longer than that. Having the airport shuttle service was very convenient and the proximity to the rental car return was also an added bonus (2-minute walk). So if you're looking for a reasonably-priced property close to the airport, plenty of food options close-by, and you aren't put off by minor issues like what I noted here then this hotel will serve your needs.
