The food in the cafe was delicious and open late.

The biggest minus is their shuttle. It took a while to pick me up at the airport and then they ran out of seats for some. Luggage was in the aisles and it was worrisome to me in case of an emergency and we’d have to exit quickly. Going back to the airport the shuttle line was so long , we were told it may be the third shuttle before we could board. Three of us shared an Uber. They do not have enough shuttles for a hotel this large.

Everything was great. Very comfortable room and hotel. Friendly staff, friendly shuttle experience to airport👍

Big room, very clean and comfy. The shuttle was great, but was very busy, especially being picked up, so would recommend more frequent shuttles.

Stay elsewhere Old hotel as well

While the pricing is good the property lacks quality in buses to and from the airport in a timely way and way overcrowded the food opportunities are weak and the room floors aren't clean.My socks turned black after walking in the room.

Room was very clean and quiet

The free breakfast was fantastic! The room I had was very outdated and designed for a person about 5 foot tall , had to really bend down a lot to use the sink and toilet was leaking , view was of a roof , but it did it’s attended purpose , the bed was soft ,everything is all good , I’d stay there again, very close to airport and Randy’s doughnut.

They’ve been doing this by the airport for decades ! They got service down to a science

Everything excellent except directions to...

The beds are extremely comfortable! Perfect for sleeping off jet lag. The staff is lovely, very accommodating! The cost is outrageous. One add on after another (parking, facility fee, extra tourist taxes). Food is marginal at best at the hotel and crazy expensive!

We stayed in a renovated room. Breakfast was very good! Shuttle from the airport. When we arrived, we were assigned to a disgusting room in the lower floors. Carpet, bed not well made, smelly so we requested a change. The person that helped me was super nice and gave me a renovated room

Staff really nice. Clump hair left on bathtub wall and in the tub. This was from the last person who stayed in that rub. Caused a gross feeling overall. Shuttle took awhile waiting at airport and then going back to airport shuttle really backed up. Your staff handled it really well. Keprvus informed of next shuttle eyc.
