Pool was not open and there was no information upfront before checking in. Breakfast is below average with items like western omelette which seem like frozen and re-heated. Laundry dryer was dirty. No daily house keeping even after putting in request. Staff was not at all helpful. I will stay from this Hampton In. In future.

The whole reason we chose your hotel was because of the outdoor pool. It was out of order. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. We had to drive to our gym to swim.

Found bed bug in room day of checking out. Informed staff and was told I would be contacted by a manager. I have yet to hear anything from anyone since then.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. I'd stay there again.

The breakfast buffet was the best variety we've had. Make your own waffle, egg/cheese taco, fried potatoes, maple sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, scones, bagels, etc, different each day. Fresh, hot oatmeal and grits with add-ins. Beautiful view from the breakfast room onto a lush wooded area. If the weather had been better, we'd have enjoyed the outdoors patio and the fire pit. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Great trip for a family graduation.

One Elevator smelled like urine. The commodes are too short & tucked into a confined corner. A/c did not work properly in one room.

Quiet, clean. Friendly staff. Easy check in Parking little tight, steps on side entrance narrow. The taxes and fees added $33.22 to each day stay!

Not many options for gf diets. Also, both the oatmeal and cream of rice was too watery.

The bathroom and the room in general were smaller than expected. Specially as compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was very good. But we could not get a room on the first floor, even though we made a reservation over a month ago. First we were given a room on the fourth floor, but were finally given one on the second floor. The parking area was pretty full too.
