Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atlanta-Cumming by IHG

I was charged for 3 nights stay, only stayed 2 nights.

One of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in. Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Clean room and Properties, Staff very pleasant with a great breakfast and I woke up Like a Pilot that morning!

The room was clean and arranged well. The bed was very comfortable the evening front deskstaff was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were fabulous. Food was hot prepared well and a good quality. The only issue was the shower handle was reversed so cold was actually hot and hot was actually cold so the first morning we had cold showers before we figured that out. When we told the front desk staff on Sunday morning, all she said was yeah we’ve got three or four rooms like that maintenance will fix it when they get around to it. Her attitude and actions were notVery customer service oriented .

Everything was very clean (rooms, pool, exercise room and grounds), staff were friendly, but the night staff (I like to give out a huge shoutout to Barbara night staff)she was AWESOME and very knowledgeable.

Room was very comfortable and I personally enjoyed the breakfast options.

Expedia had such a great price that I booked the king Suite. We had a fairly large sitting area with a couch, desk coffee table and large tv. We also had a floor to ceiling window. Our bedroom was totally separate from the rest of the suite. Large closet and comfortable bed. The best part was the indoor pool. My son and I loved it.

Exceptional

Easy check in, clean facility, nice bedding, quiet. There was no hair dryer in my room. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was great. Good location for going to Lake Lanier.

I liked the location of the hotel; for me it was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Like many hotels, the walls are thin, I could hear people snoring in the next room. Overall it was a positive experience.

I have stayed here twice and had good experiences. The front desk clerk is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the maids were talking very loudly outside my room in the morning and woke me up. But I would still stay there again.

Very expensive is my only concern

Location near to hospital. The free breakfast and coffee. Parking lot and the landscaping crew that comes in the morning blows dirt, leaves and sticks all over vehicles
