Really good staying there while we work at the fair for Cummings Georgia I like to do I have no problems at all and I like to thank all the staff for their high appreciation at the time of our stay ing

The room was okay and the kitchenette was also okay. Took a while to get my room cleaned despite the 7 days policy

Very run down and dingy. Staff was helpful and kind however. Several roaches in room unfortunately.

The shower wasn’t clean. There was mold on the shower curtain. Brown and black stains in the shower.

No one in site, didn’t read the check in instructions which I thought were ridiculous I’m just so upset overall

Saw 1 roach once in room but otherwise it’s good place to stay .

Locations great all walking distance good exercise get out and about it's just great. No dislikes at all it's a great place to live.

Location is very convenient to every where. Room has bad smells, insulation is not good, outside people smokers can smell into the room. And they do remodeling just above the room that we stay. The construction noises all day long for three days. Even we complained, no response. No recommended this place.

The price. I had booked online and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, they had lost my reservation and the price had increased almost double. I had booked a double bed, but had to take a really old run down room with a single bed for more money. They charged me for an additional night that I constantly disputed and was consistently told that there are no refunds and that they had reached out to the owners and they would get back to me, but they never did. After 7 nights, they found me a double bed room, but charged me an additional price for the upgrade. Now, the total cost was over $100 more than my reservation had quoted me. Plus, the additional nights stay that I did not need nor ask for, but was never given my money back.
