The staff at the front desk, and throughout the hotel, were kind, responsive and supportive. We'll definitely stay again.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Missing some coffee condiments, but otherwise very good overall.

The room was beautiful & spacious

Quiet, clean, nice (smaller) pool, great staff that gave us extra towels at check in upon request, fast elevator, easy access to freeway and other local places. Our second time staying and would stay again.

Very kind staff served us breakfast. Accommodating in trying to get our rooms close together as well

Room clean. Front desk folks nice. Overall the property is good. However I will not stay here again. The claim that I took a water bottle and charged me. Had I not look at my credit card account and call I they probably would have gotten away with it. It isn't the amount but the principal. I don't ever pay for these extras at the hotel because it's not that much of an inconvenience to go outside to get water. In fact I did so by walking to the the plaza next door to get two drinks at near by 99 Ranch.

The King Deluxe Suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable and it had a tub as well as a separate shower. The parking lot seemed safe and had some decent shade trees.

I recommend it 100%

Free parking always a plus. Property was clean and the room was nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

However, prior to the stay there was an annoying incident where I called the hotel, someone just lifted the receiver and left the call open but did not answer my call. I hate that. Hung on for 15mins pointlessly while I listened to staff talking with guests. I called back several hours later and this time there was no issue,

I came to Cupertino for work at Apple Park, so this hotel is conveniently located right across the street. AC was cold and everything functioned as it should.

Other than slightly slow lifts, this was a great experience.

This is going to be our new go to place while in the San Jose area. The room was clean and modern. Customer service was great. Best part was parking is free. Highly recommend!
