Clean room, comfortable bed, good temperature control, great coffee in lobby and well stocked workout room, and very modern furnishings overall beautiful property

Hotel offers great value for money. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient

Spent one night at the hotel after attending an engagement party in San jose. Got a chance to use the pool which was clean and well-kept and not too crowded. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was Modern and well appointed. Even the complimentary coffee in the lobby was good quality!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and located within minutes of numerous options for food and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will be returning when I visit this area.

The staff was so accommodating and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I had a great experience. Any missteps that happened were followed immediately with an overwhelming force of attention to detail and follow through. Elle at the front desk was so wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure mission success. Kwok, the GM, stayed after his hours and sacrificed his personal plans to make sure me, and all customers were taken care of. Just a small but big example of this, my phone died and my charger stopped working. Kwok let me keep his own personal charger overnight to make sure my phone was good come morning time. He didn’t have to do that but it wasn’t even a question to him. Thank you to everyone for a great night!

Stayed there one night. Came late, exhausted, were greeted by friendly stuff. The room and was spacious, clean. King size bed very comfy. Loved everything about this hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean, nice room, staff great, nice bar area.

Worst hotel ever. Common facilities near entrance are dirty. Stingy with giving water for guests. Garbage trucks come at 5 am in the morning and create so much noise . Especially if you are staying near the aside facing apple buildings. Cleaning people do not fill the bath room supplies and you have ask many time to have them replenished . Bathroom shower enclosure leaks . They don’t vacuum the floors in the rooms daily and the floors are grimy. Absolutely terrible place to stay . Stay anywhere else in Cupertino if you can avoid this one

Aloft was clean, conveniently located, and decorated nicely. I highly recommend this Aloft and would add that no stay is complete without stopping by the bar for a drink served by Leo!

Pretty average place. $100 a night kind of place.

Greta stay. Breakfast was made to order but still wasn’t great. Otherwise everything else was great

I appreciated the kind staff and it helped me to feel welcomed. Also the room was very cozy and clean. Perfect as a staycation!
