Good location Some construction was ongoing - one elevator was not working - was not informed at reception - was a bit confused how to get to the room.

Pool Dear General Manager, I am writing to formally complain about our stay in Room 402 and to request a full refund for the night we stayed at your property. We booked the room specifically to sleep and rest, but unfortunately I was unable to sleep at all. The room had an adjoining door to the neighboring room, which was not disclosed in our booking information. At approximately 2:00 a.m., several guests entered the adjoining room and caused severe, continuous noise throughout the night, including loud talking and shouting. There were also several other issues with the room: it was not properly prepared, there was no bottled water and initially only one bathrobe for two guests, the sink did not drain properly, and the bed was defective and made extremely loud noises whenever I moved or turned over. The hotel facilities also did not correspond to what was presented to us. The main photographs show attractive working fountains and water features, which were one of the reasons we chose the property and expected to enjoy breakfast beside them. During our stay, however, the fountains and ponds were completely without water and not operating. At breakfast, only very small disposable plastic forks, knives and spoons were provided, which were difficult to use. Taken together, these issues significantly affected the quality and basic purpose of our stay. In our experience, the accommodation and service did not meet the standard we reasonably expected from a four-star property. I understand that the hotel cannot control every action of its guests. However, the problem was compounded by the adjoining-room configuration and the lack of an effective solution. The manager subsequently refused any refund or compensation and did not offer an apology or meaningful remedy. I have photographs and videos documenting these issues, including the adjoining door, the defective bed, the overnight noise with the time visible, and the condition of the hotel facilities.

The room was ok, it seemed like an expensive per night rate for what was received. The size of the room is good, there was no table to eat at in the room other than the desk which is where I worked from during my stay. The opportunity for breakfast was good and there's shopping and dining within walking distance. Not sure why, but about 40 minutes prior to check out time, my key card stopped working for my room entirely. The front desk repaired the card and even then it did not work, they had to open it themselves.

The check in receptionist was very friendly and helpful Extremely limited TV channel selection. Hard bed. Lumpy pillows. No blackout curtains. Limited breakfast options.

What was even more frustrating was that I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, but nothing was done to correct it. When a guest takes the time to report a basic cleanliness problem, I would expect the hotel to respond promptly.

The pool and the breakfast was pretty good Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest also I reserved a king bed but when we got there, we had to get to Queens not a big deal Deal just usually like sleeping in a king

I booked a reservation here for a single night in early September 2026. The first hotel room I was in had two spiders and what appeared to be a baby praying mantis. I then asked help from reception to be put in a second room, which was quickly provided. Unfortunately the bedsheets of the second room were stained. I then left without staying the night, and slept in a hotel elsewhere. Reaching out to the manager multiple times led me to voicemail, even during the hours that staff said the manager would be in office. This hotel is not fit for guests. This hotel is filthy. The carpets are never cleaned. The rooms were not cleaned. Breakfast is very minimal if you just need a very basic place to stay for a night it's OK but I would not recommend staying here.

Room: was comfortable but could have used a couple of chairs and a larger table to play cards. There was no informational sheet about amenities, where to find what, things to do in the area, etc. Our room was located at far end of hotel on third floor, quite a distance from lobby even tho the hotel did not appear to be at full capacity. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Nothing didn't even stay there. It was dirty. My friends checked into their room before me and they found hair on the sheets like if the sheets had never been changed..
