Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton

Pool says 8am-10pm First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in. When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do. They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer.

Surprising that this hotel charges 3$ for water bottle

Great service and the room was very clean. Told we were getting a free upgrade, but they swapped us from 2 queen beds to 1 queen bed, 1 pullout sofa, 1 sofa that they would give us sheets for my daughter to sleep on because they said it was against their fire code. I felt that they actually took one sleeping spot away from us.

The front desk staff were not friendly but got me in my room, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast is NOT included. Overall not a bad stay for the price on Hotel.com.

It is located on a nice neighborhood. The hotel looks and smells old. I've been to some other curio hotels, this one doesn't feel like one.

Great hotel. I have stayed here often. Lovely rooms,nice gym, good restaurant, and wonderful helpful staff.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The vibe/ambience of the room was really nice and chill. Comfy bed, so we slept well. No issues.

After you park at the garage the elevators don't work without the room key card, which is very inconvenient if you have stuff in your car and you need to carry them to your room. Your only option is the stairs with your hands full. The gentleman who checked us in was very unfriendly and was at the border of being rude, and I did not like the check-in experience a bit!

Our room was a good size, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Cupertino.
