Room was clean, staff were friendly, free parking was convenient, and onsite restaurant was good. Pool was nice even though it was a bit of a walk from them building.

Okay hotel, outdated for the price and the AC was very loud. Very clean though.

The room was fine and the housekeeping staff was great but the thermostat did not work and kept blowing out hot air. Asked the night front desk for assistance but was advised that the property does not have a facility engineer on standby. Therefore, we had to wait until the next morning for assistance. When asked what would happen if the toilet was backing up, I was advised that I would be given a plunger and asked to take care of the issue myself. I do not think that that is an acceptable situation for a major hotel.
