Bar upstairs good, cocktail menu weird - nothing good. But you can request at bar! The coffee is a bit bland but there's a coffee shop called Sip Stir that has quality coffee. The elevator is weird, skips bottom levels. Always available. Location has everything around, even a tram stop.

Our stay at the Canopy was delightful! From the time you enter the property and are greeted by the valet, to the front desk staff and the wait staff and bartenders, everyone was warm, helpful and quick to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy! I would highly recommend staying at the Canopy if you find yourself in Uptown Dallas!

Excellent facility. Had everything you needed. Close to shops. Had a trolley car out the front which was free to ride around town. Michael went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Due to the hot weather he gave us a later checkout before our flight home. Nothing

Nice, because it's right by public transportation and walkable to many areas as well. The restaurant did close the kitchen 20 min early, so be warned if you are arriving late (our flight had been delayed several hours). Other than this, it really was an excellent place to stay.

They had ants in my room so we had to change it and I got a smaller room which wasn’t ideal. But they did give us accommodations for the inconvenience. Sometimes staff at the front desk are just on their phones which wasn’t professional. But if you needed something they would help you.
