Seriously a great hotel. Bar is great, valet great, pool is amazing and just overall quiet and in great area!! Love it!

The hotel is very nice in a great area, many restaurants in walking distance. JAE made our stay seamless she has such a great spirit I would definitely book again just on her hospitality alone!

Room wasn’t clean. Tub wouldn’t drain properly. Very thin walls, could hear everything!

Did not get to check in on time and had to beg to be put in my room for appropriate travel plans. Didn’t get to stay in the balcony room I paid for

First class accommodations and I felt like a VIP the entire time. That is a beautiful five star hotel and I cannot wait to return again someday. Absolutely nothing. The facility met all my needs and I have no negative feedback.

Clean great staff and location

Pool heater was not working when I arrived but the bigger issue was: night 2- an event was taking place above our room, which had a DJ. This was a Sunday night, and went on until midnight. My room was literally shaking. My son was in tears. After complaining to the front desk- I was treated terribly. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I used Expedia. Nothing was done to remedy any go this. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible service.

No vest and no slipper the faucet flow is non existent no instruction for the coffee maker

Location was ok. Room was clean. Staff was accommodating but not overbearing about my service animal. Bar drinks were strong. Breakfast provided a good spread with enough choices for all age groups Staff didn’t clean the room when we were gone and they tried to come back at a weird time (6pm maybe?) Bar staff ignored us when we sat at the high tops right in view of the bar. We booked a balcony room just to find out it was an error on booking.com but the hotel needs to address this asap. No parking. For the price, that should be included.

Clean, friendly staff Terrible value for the money. No valet help, no bell service, no restaurant, no bar. Terrible for $400 plus per night.
