Hôtel Swexan

Everything was closed... restuarantes..

Good Location, Friendly staff Staff a little inexperienced at Check in which took an age, as we just wanted our room key. Our noisy Fridge in the room kept us up most of the night, reported the matter and hopefully the next guests will get some sleep.

Exceptional

Great rooms and service

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request to have our room cleaned and the bedding changed, with no harsh detergents used on the sheets, towels, and pillowcases. Thank you for your help!

Great

This is my second time staying here but my first time with my husband. We are hotel snobs through and through. This property has it all! The staff! The service! The amenities! The food and beverage options! All 10 star experiences!

Beyond amazing. When I visit Dallas again, this is my spot.

What a lovely hotel! Would recommend a drink in the lobby bar. Friendly staff and excellent overall service.

Hotel was well kept and staff was exceptional.

Me and my boyfriend could not get any decent sleep. Around 8am till 11am we were bother by the house keeping, everything 30 minutes to 40 they keep knocking on the door at one point they even walked in while we were sleeping. On top of that the hotel was having fire drills all morning, I know it’s it’s needed am I’m glad they’re making sure it’s up to code but just see how things keep waking us up. I can ignore the loud sound but not people coming into the room, I can’t imagine what they’re doing while we’re gone. We had the room till 12pm but decided we couldn’t take it anymore, now everything else was an amazing it just all went downhill in the morning.

Exceptional

Beautiful place, great hotel, great staff

I left another review already favorite hotel in Dallas.

This is the best by far. Staff is amazing restaurant on the 6 or 7th floor is amazing. Valet, Cleaning and Front desk made my stay so enjoyable. I was there for 10days because of a home renovation couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Ritzand a Cresent court look good on paper but are 2 stars compared to the sedan. My daughter called the front desk and they took our dog on a walk. Amazing Service!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I loved everything about the property they made it feel a home away from home Hôtel. I appreciated the attentiveness and all!

Everything about my stay was excellent. Really enjoyed staying there.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

The whole hotel experience was just outstanding
