What a lovely hotel! Would recommend a drink in the lobby bar. Friendly staff and excellent overall service.

Hotel was well kept and staff was exceptional.

Me and my boyfriend could not get any decent sleep. Around 8am till 11am we were bother by the house keeping, everything 30 minutes to 40 they keep knocking on the door at one point they even walked in while we were sleeping. On top of that the hotel was having fire drills all morning, I know it’s it’s needed am I’m glad they’re making sure it’s up to code but just see how things keep waking us up. I can ignore the loud sound but not people coming into the room, I can’t imagine what they’re doing while we’re gone. We had the room till 12pm but decided we couldn’t take it anymore, now everything else was an amazing it just all went downhill in the morning.

This is the best by far. Staff is amazing restaurant on the 6 or 7th floor is amazing. Valet, Cleaning and Front desk made my stay so enjoyable. I was there for 10days because of a home renovation couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Ritzand a Cresent court look good on paper but are 2 stars compared to the sedan. My daughter called the front desk and they took our dog on a walk. Amazing Service!!!

My stay at Hôtel Swexan in Dallas was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, with luxurious rooms, exceptional service, and attention to detail throughout the property. The rooftop pool and dining options were highlights, and the location made it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class experience in Dallas.

Staff was great! The public spaces were designed beautifully. The Valet staff was incredible!!!! The rooms for the price could’ve been nicer! The clientele was interesting on the rooftop- open to public.
