Beautiful property and great location.

Hi! I'm rating the room on the poor side because my air conditioning wasn't functioning appropriately for my stay. I was offered another room, but it was very inconvenient to move because I was so busy with work throughout my days and most of my evenings.

In some ways the hotel has actually become better because the immediate nieghborhood has densified beautifully and you are now a quick walk to Clive Warren Park , Starbucks, Mi Cocina , Whole foods and so many things to do , many in walking distance . The rooms were very clean the shower was nicely updated with great water pressure , the House Keeping staff was adept at tiding up when I was out ( never saw anyone !) The pool is also a classic experience with a gorgeous set of newer buildings surrounding the pool deck and those lovely Texas Skies I also enjoyed watching people in the grand lobby at the bar . Another great stay for me and my family - Thanks Crescent , we'll be back !

I always enjoy my spa experience at the Hotel Crescent Court. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I used the House car for my nearby reservations and I enjoyed riding in a brand new, clean upscale vehicle. The driver was pleasant and very helpful. He made our ride entertaining and enjoyable.

Perhaps we got ripped because of the world Cup, but its definitively not a 1k a night hotel. Its doesnt come even close to that. So either they are scammers or they believe they play in a different league. The lobby looks like a warehouse, elevators took forever even when they are 4 floors, the door of the room had a malfunction that i reported the first day and was never repaired (in 6 days). The bathroom didnt have handheld shower and the shower leaked all over cause the doors didnt have any kind of seal. The main lamp of the room didnt work. There is no switch at the side of the bed, so to turn on/off the light you need to stand. The plug on the side of the bed is an alarm clock, that every time i plugged my phone i activated the alarm at 6am… There was no ashtray at the door, so it was full of cigarette butts in the entrance, which they never bother to pick. The “bar” was part of the lobby. So zero privacy for customer that wanted to use the bar and for those who wanted to be at the lobby without the fuzz of the bar. I sent, via booking, at least three messages weeks before arrival. They never answered one. Nobu…. I know this restaurant offers different quality depending on which city they are, but this one is quite at the bottom. The worst omakase experience i ever had. The sushi tasted an looked as it was prepared days ago and then refrigerated…. Plastic. And many other details that changes de experience. Whoever stayed at real luxury 5 star will understand what im saying as soon as you see the main door. In my opinion, is a 4 star with a 7 score.
