The staff here are all genuinely helpful! Shoutout to Hien for making sure my check-in was smooth! The maintenance staff was also quick to fix the issue on my door latch. The room was very spacious, and all the amenities were clean and well stocked.

I love that the location is directly across from the American Airlines center which made it incredibly easy to walk across the street for an event that evening. It was a beautiful hotel and very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Parking in downtown can be a bit chaotic and inconvenient to find a spot close to the hotel plus there is a ton of construction behind the hotel. The best option, especially when traveling with multiple bags and children is to valet so you aren't walking through the streets of downtown with luggage. . Unfortunately as a hotel guest it is $70/day for valet, and that seems excessive as a hotel guest especially when self parking isn't close or convenient.

A continental breakfast would be a nice addition. Restaurant offered large breakfast and smaller bar area had limited selection of pastries.

Great location to events in Victory Park. It was clean and fairly well maintained. There was an elevator out which caused problems with people waiting. The bar and restaurant were understaffed for the crowd that was staying at the hotel.
