Room was beautiful and clean! Comfy beds. Valet service made it easy. Easy walk to American Airlines stadium. Very pleased.

Breakfast was GREAT!! THE FACILITIES WERE VERY CLEAN!! Beds were super comfortable. Location was perfect for us....200 feet from our event and right downtown near the strip. Bathroom was too small. I had to remind the front desk twice to have my trash emptied and it still never got done before I checked out. I was there for two days.

I wish the staff was a bit more personable. They were not great with conversation. The breakfast was repetitive but we did not go hungry. I wish they had coffee and water available 24/7 because there are no stores to walk to for provisions. The food they had for purchase was waaaay overpriced. Need more surface space in the bathroom. There is no counter to put any kind of product other than toothbrush and toothpaste. Towel rack closer to the shower would be really nice.

There was one staff member, a receptionist, who had a not-so-friendly attitude.

It was great. Just the bathroom sink water wouldn't drain. Location and room were great!

The valet takes ages with cars. The tv was not properly working. No variety of breakfast was served and the food was not tasteful.

The location We checked in to the room at three pm and the room never cooled off when I reported it to the staff they said they put in a work order and it never cooled off. They did not change my room and give me another one until 1 something in the morning

Overall the hotel was great. Great location and great customer service. The only issue we experienced was caused by the unpleasant smell in our room. It was so bad we had to purchase air fresheners. The room was clean but there was a smell that lingered our entire stay. I recommend they clean or change the carpet in room 619.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. We will definitely be back.
