Close to public transportation, dart rail line is two blocks away. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel beautiful breakfast nice staff

Booked a short notice when flight was cancelled. Aniya (?) on the front desk was really helpful - made a difference to our stay. Good sized, modern, clean room with useful small kitchen area. Our stay was very short and there was nothing to dislike

This was my first time at Springhill suites in Dallas. One thing I didn’t like was the one time price of one night of $285. I know that is not the normal price to stay there. But FIFA games was not that good to raise that high for special events. Houston and San Antonio Springhill was not that high. But overall the town was nice.

Location and room space Not very good room service, no slippers , no free water

Breskfast was great! The room was clean. The front desk staff was very nice. No dislikes.
-
The best thing about the hotel was its self-laundry service for the guests. The washing and drying were both at nominal costs of $2.5 per load which to us was a boon in disguise. And having a microwave in each room along with diffident towels and toiletries made it for a fulfilling stay with Springhill. Only thing I would recommend is to provide an electric kettle in the room and a safe to lock the valuables like passport and laptops.

Great stay! Would recommend
-
room was slightly deteriorated

The staffs were great, room was clean, and neat. Breakfast was really crowded and they only have one waffle maker, the line was long to make one. Other than that, everything was great.
-
Staffing was friendly and helpful
-
Excellent service from the staff. They could improve the variety of the breakfast.
-
El parking no debería de tener costo, es muy alto.

Easy location Nothing

The breakfast area was nice, as well as the lobby area. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was small and out dated. The shower/bathroom was so small, one could barely turn around in it. I felt claustrophobic in that building. It appeared to be an old building that was being used for the purpose of a hotel. The on site convenient snack area prices could have been I bit affordable seeing how no stores was in the immediate area. $4 for couch drops that are normally $1 was ridiculously overpriced and was intense price gouging. I could’ve purchased a bag of cough drops for the same price of what I paid for the small one I bought. Very very very disappointed. The ice machine was disgustingly filthy. Someone really needs to take a look at the ice machine. I’ve stayed at the same chain but the facilities were way better than this location. The building gave off a doom and gloom feel. Like a trafficked hotel.
