SpringHill Suites Dallas Downtown / West End

Staff was super sweet and made us feel safe as solo travelers. Room was clean and the hotel was walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment.

We only needed one night while our mother was having surgery at Scott and white. It was very clean and staff were helpful and polite. We had a beautiful view of the city and we were able to have a good night's sleep.

Great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere close to American Airlines Arena! We were able to walk back and forth for a concert.

Customer service, cleaning and staff were exceptional!!! They accommodated an early check in and there cleaning service oh my God. Amazing!!!!

Weird configuration of plugs to make sure that recharging over night is difficult. Poor breakfast: tons of plastic, few options. No choice of eggs, only fake scrambled eggs, no pastries, no espresso.

Location was great to where we needed to be downtown. Only a 15 minute walk to American Airlines Center. Staff wasn't overly welcoming but they weren't rude. We didn't need anything during our stay so that's always great. Valet was very nice and quick. Overall great stay. The only complaint we had was breakfast. We wished there were more quick food options (muffins, etc.) and creamer for the coffee (not just milk and half & half). The toaster also took FOREVER to toast a bagel so the line was very long.

Great location! We were greeted quickly for check in. Polite and helpful staff. Lobby is bright and clean. Our room was large and accommodating. Comfy bed. Breakfast was fresh and buffet is generous. Space is a bit cramped. The hotel was full and lots of folks were partaking the free breakfast.
