It was clean, spacious and close to eateries.

We only stayed one might but I would stay there again when we are in the area. It is within an easy walk to American Airlines Center with eating places along the way. Three things that made me not give it a 5 star was the parking (had to pay for it), the same continental breakfast that you get at other hotels and since it is right by the interstate you have traffic background noise. A suggestion to them would be a discount on parking and to change up the boring breakfast. The staff was great and the room was nice.

Hotel was easy to find. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to walk around and enjoy the area. There is hardly traffic, so you're not waiting long on the crosswalks. While the breakfast was delicious and up to standards, it was very limited and wasn't handled as sufficiently when there's more of a crowd. There was only 4 "main" foods (i.e. sausage, potatoes, waffles, eggs) and everything else was minimal. There was a valet, but the price and parking garage were not worth it all. We had a bigger vehicle, so we were forced to pay for parking elsewhere. The staff weren't as helpful and seemed insufficient at their jobs. I had my reservation booked months ago for a room with two beds and it wasn't honored at all. First, they gave me the wrong key and didn't even tell me which room it was. Second, I didn't get the reserved room and was told it was the last one they had since they were "fully booked." There was an extra charge of a deposit that wasn't discussed and when brought up, I was told that because it was through a third-party that there wasn't anything they could do. If I was meant to book directly through them to avoid all this, then they should remove themselves from booking.com — it felt really shortsighted to not have any of the information at hand.

I enjoyed the places nearby and how clean it was. I didn’t like the fact that we had to sleep with fans because our ac never got checked after about 3 times of being told it was going to be checked other than that stay was amazing.

Room was clean and fit our needs. The hotel space was clean and staff was friendly.

Close location to AA Stadium to watch the Dallas Wings! Great potato bits during breakfast. 10/10 will be coming back to see my girls Paige and Azzi and the Wings play The sheets were a little dirty and would like ramen as a choose during stay for midnight craving at their convenience “store”

The stay was simple and great. We spent several nights and the break fast was quite good and peaceful.

No parking...only valet
