Amazing view and beautiful spacious room! Would highly recommend!

I also liked that there was no need for a room key—everything is accessed using secure entry codes, which was very convenient. The covered underground parking was reasonably priced, especially compared to other hotels in the area.

Once you understand the entry system and codes, it is very convenient. Great location for downtown. Standard of room very high too. I would certainly stay there again if back in Dallas.

I booked Mint House Dallas by Kasa through Expedia as a gift to my sister for her wedding night, after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was short of a positive one. I paid for a King room and to my surprise, a few days later, I received a message stating that we had been upgraded. I was pleased to find this out, however when it came time to the night of their wedding, the room was not what I paid for nor the upgraded version. My sister sent a picture and mentioned their bed was a queen and even smaller than one of their previous stays. I had also requested accommodations for their honeymoon night and was told by message it would be taken care of. No accommodations were made. To make matters worse, we did not receive any instructions of their stay and I was too busy getting ready for their wedding that I did not realize until the night of that NO instructions, access code nor room number had been provided. After some hold time, I was finally given the information and provided that to them the same night of their stay.. after midnight. I felt soo bad. After reaching out to Kasa, I was given $50 credit, but the memories cannot be replaced.

I’m sorry I forgot his name, but I want to give a special thank you to the black gentleman who welcomed me at the 48th fl. front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm attitude and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much ! The only downside was that the carpet had a damp smell, as if it had stayed wet for too long. It would be great if this could be addressed, as everything else about my stay was very enjoyable.

Everything was perfect. Only problem for me there wasn’t any full mirrors just half in bathroom for facials only.

Absolutely amazing location. 50th floor in downtown Dallas. Did not have to get our car out of parking for 3 days.

Also, my confirmation email stated I would receive an email with check-in details 24 hours in advance of check-in. I didn't receive that email, and I ended up having to do a live chat and speak with a representative. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I will likely stay again.

This hotel could not. Their billing department did not respond in the 2 hours I waited to check out, and their service team had me call their corporate office while I wait, who were unable or unwilling to help in any way. I will not stay here again and I would recommend sticking with a more solution-oriented brand.

Nice clean and spacious apartment. Cool that it's on the 50th floor, great view. The building was very high-end, with fantastic facilities. The location was good as well, 15 min walk from JFK museum. Price. Was pretty expensive, but worth-it.
