Nice and clean place to stay

The view from the corner bedroom was breathtaking thus the reason why I picked this location. Staff were helpful and the virtual check in was an easy process. Rooms were spotless clean and the overall vibe was great. It was affordable for one night when booking through Expedia. Would recommend coming here again when visiting Dallas.

There were bed bugs in my bed. Room 5008.

Great location! Bagels and coffee across the street-The Woolworth restaurant across the street as well. (It's super noisy but has a fun vibe and outstanding food) Upstairs in the building is a great private club for drinks, and you get to use it because you are a guest of the property. Loved the property! *** Make sure to do the pre-check-in stuff before you travel. It was a pain on my iPhone, and I had to call their support line to get my codes and help with pre check stuff.

The customer service was also wonderful and very helpful whenever I needed anything. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Dallas! Highly recommend Mint House!

The location and view of the city was awesome!

I am so in LOVE with this place an OMG THE BEEEEEED idk what Mattress that was but it gave Me the very best Sleep I’ve ever had in My 40 plus Years. I did not want to leave. I will definitely be Booking more than once a Year. Next Time I hope that the Corner 2 Bedroom with be available. Everything was Premium Quality. 10/10

I was massively impressed by the size of the room, the convenient location, and the quality of the hotel for the affordable price. I would definitely stay again and we’ll be looking for the Kasa hotels in other cities.

I’ve stayed at various hotels in the downtown area this week and many hotels in my life. I think this may be my favorite! It feels just like a luxury high rise apartment. My only complaint is that there are no luggage carts ready downstairs but there is one in the luggage room if needed. Rooms are very echoey so you can definitely hear the rooms next to you at times but this place is so beautiful and peaceful and clean that it’s bearable. GORGEOUS views in every room and super comfortable and clean beds. Safe property, close to CVS and cafe/restaurant in lobby with great lattes. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Dallas. I keep coming back here!

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at. I loved the aesthetic and the location!! It is absolutely stunning. The check-in process is so easy! It is very secure and quiet!! I felt very safe would stay again!!

I have suggestions, but it does not lower my recommendation. For the hotel, it took a while to get warm water, and my internet/TV disconnected twice during my week stay. I had good customer service through text to get it working again, but maybe something you want to look into. I also think someone walked off with the kitchen towels and a frying pan in my unit. I had a frying pan lid but no pan. These would have elevated my stay even more, and may be a good thing to have housekeeping complete inventories on. I worked around these needs to the pot available, so I didn't feel it needed immediate attention. I still had a great experience, and since these are minor easy fixes, I would encourage others to not let this affect their stay.
