I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. The service was outstanding, and every detail was taken care of. The breakfast was not what I expected. I ordered an omelet with turkey and jalapeños, but it came with sausage instead of turkey. When I pointed it out to the server, she insisted that I had received turkey, even though it was clearly sausage. It was a ridiculous response. There was no apology, and no manager came over to address the issue. Very disappointing customer service. Also, the hotel was overcrowded and the front desk staff was stressed out!!!

Nice rooms, but the hotel feels disjointed. Lobby on level 2, valet down at street level, need to change elevators for self drive parking, didn’t give you the vibe you’re in a hotel at times. Other then that convenient for Dealey plaza and sixth floor museum, with shopping amenities near by.

I had a great stay at The Westin in downtown Dallas! The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. We also spent some time at the bar, and the drinks were amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Dallas. Highly recommend!

We took a trip and stayed 2 nights . We loved the indoor pool and how close everything downtown was . Would definitely stay here again .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Ice machine on our floor didn't work and the cable was bad reception and no smart TVs for streaming. But overall we enjoyed ourselves.
