Also the showers drink water and flood the floors. Disgusting hotel overall.

One issue, the rooms were changed to the card used for incidentals instead of the card on file with engine. Other than that, the staff was great when we told them about the mix up and the hotel was nice.

The hotel was beautiful, we stayed the night on our way home, so we arrived late and left early the next morning. We didn’t get to experience any of the amenities, but we did get a great nights sleep.

Very helpful staff, especially valet. Hotel clean and well appointed for downtown events.

However, we ordered at the restaurant at 2:30PM to be ready by 5:30PM, and we never received the order, even after calling three times.

The staff was very nice, they checked me in early and gave me a gigantic room. Everything was super clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not what I expected. I ordered an omelet with turkey and jalapeños, but it came with sausage instead of turkey. When I pointed it out to the server, she insisted that I had received turkey, even though it was clearly sausage. It was a ridiculous response. There was no apology, and no manager came over to address the issue. Very disappointing customer service. Also, the hotel was overcrowded and the front desk staff was stressed out!!!
