The good Left a few items in the room they were found and are being sent back. Security/lost and found was great Ac worked well Bed was comfortable and nice sheets Room was really pretty Staff was nice and helpful in all occasions Pool area was nice and pool had cool water which was awesome in the heat Good location for Dallas museum of art and other downtown attractions The bad Valet is 72$ you can park across the street for 30$ Not the hotel’s fault but it is loud at night downtown. Cars and motorcycles racing at all hours and it was loud. And lots of homeless and groups of teens you had to keep an eye out on. Shower tanks a minute to figure out but there was good pressure and hot water. Overall a good stay would stay there again

Hi, if you're looking for a true 5 start hotel this is not it. I didn't even want to take my shoes off in the room. The blinds were almost impossible to move up and down, the bathroom shower was nasty. I asked them in the am to bring me some hot water and no one showed up after 45 mins.

Absolutely no regrets staying here.

Great amenities and rooms were excellent. Only thing missing was a store to buy water and snacks and meds. Otherwise it was a great overall stay

Amazing rooms and the staff are great

I didnt get the corner room i asked for, instead i got “upgraded” to a premium room with a poor view. No iron, steamer did not help.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was so clean plus the area was so convenient. I will be staying there again!

Really cool hotel - loved the room, coffee, shower, bedding all in a modern setting.

Nice staff, clean, comfortable beds. Pool had no umbrellas and was quite small for accepting day pass users. But was clean and friendly in pool area also. Lack of umbrella in pool area and maybe day pass users creating a vibe that was less classy than the hotel itself.
