The Adolphus, Autograph Collection

A one-star hotel that’s quiet, is better than a five-star hotel with loud trucks, motorcycles, and sirens keeping you up all night. Avoid this place if you need rest. We hardly slept at all. This is by far the loudest hotel (or even motel!) we have stayed in.

The entire staff was warm, welcoming and the interior is elegant and beautiful. The dark wood paneled walls and bar with large overstuffed furniture makes for a comfortable gathering place The large outdoor pool area includes lounge chairs, towels, cabanas and full service food and drinks. The staff is top notch and very friendly The coffee shop, inside the hotel, was our daily go to for our coffee’s fruit and croissants The staff is fast and friendly Thank you to the staff that kept our room clean and tidy and thank you to Dan at the front desk for telling me about the history of this very special hotel We hope to see you again next year Susan & Guy C

Amazing location

Let me start by saying that the hotel itself has always been great and the service was always good, including this stay. Now the bad of this stay, valet took my car and parked it somewhere where they say the pool was leaking through the wall all over my car. At this point it’s the hotel issue if whatever leaked on my car, valet tried to rectify the situation but had to bring outside detailer to try and clean my car because whatever it was stained the car and wheels. Very disappointed with the hotel response from this situation… Do better

Parking is valet only, turn in the garage before the lobby entrance, do not pull up to the front door.

Room was nice and spacious. The hotel staff were super friendly and wonderful. Hotel decor was breathtaking

My beautiful wife and I are enchanted by the Adolfus. Even when we at a different hotel close to the Adolphus we end up at the Adolphus to eat, drink and hang out.

We had a disappointing experience and when brought to the attention of management, no one addressed it. Extremely disappointed!

Beautiful outside and the communal areas and wonderful staff The room felt dated, I stayed at the Hilton garden inn and it felt on par with the interior there. I had expected a better room design and style, especially for the price, my stay at the Sofitel in Heathrow airport was far more elevated and that was an airport hotel. Hopefully Adolphus has interior upgrades on the cards. Or maybe I was just on a floor that hadn't been given a facelift.
