It wasn’t what I was expecting for a 4-star hotel. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom and small pillows. Overall needs to be updated.

Everything was excellent!

Three night stay requested room to be cleaned daily. Never cleaned. Had the largest suite with kitchen. Had 2 plates. No dishwashing liquid for dishwasher asked front desk was told to go to drugstore to purchase. I travel often. May be my worst experience ever

Fraud on my account hotel refused to acknowledge and refund. Never stay here or give them card info!! Currently fighting this with my bank. Greedy

Literally everything else about this hotel was great. Its an older hotel, so somethings get overlooked, but by and large, it was a decent stay. Pretty quiet in the room. We were on the 26th floor, and the view was spectacular. 4 out of 5 stars just because the valet couldnt break away from the game.

And when I requested clean towels on two different occasions I had to go down to the front desk to get them myself. A total inconvenience and such a let down from a beautiful facility. Exceeded my expectation in all aspects except for room service.

Our last night in the room, there was an issue with the toilet. We were told we could move rooms (11:30 at night) or use the publicly available bathrooms. We chose to just tough it out since we were leaving in the morning. Staff was pleasant enough, but for the price we will definitely be choosing another hotel next time.

AC in our room is not working correctly

The location was perfect for downtown Dallas The Room room ice cold with no thermostat. I understand it's 100+ years old which is why I give it some grace

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and parks. I stayed there in February and again for work last week (June) during the FIFA games. I found my room the second time to be much smaller, with the closest door being hard to maneuver, the carpet feeling damp, the bathroom sink making strange noises, and the room not having a hair dryer. Overall the hotel is a good option based on location. The next door coffee shop is delightful and most of the staff are very nice.

I spent more time waiting on my car to be brought back from Valet than I did in the room.

I updated to a suite nothing is updated.The blinds wouldn’t go up, room service sucked. I called for room services instead of cleaning they just brought towels and left. Lights didn’t work, water was always cold. Ace sucked. The location is nice though. Never again.

Everything was ok. But the air conditioning barely worked. I was on the 15th floor. It stayed warm no matter how you turned the cooling temperature up. We woke up in sweat both nights.
