My excellent stay started at Valet. The staff were welcoming and the room was 5 stars. Breakfast was delicious and different each morning of my stay. Would definitely book again if I’m visiting downtown Dallas.

Ac in room didn’t work. They put my and my family in 2 separate rooms because they had no 2 bed rooms which is what I booked. Our room was almost 80 degrees all night. We got in from showing sheep at 11 pm and left by 7:30am and were exhausted so we didn’t even ask to switch rooms No ac

Great indoor swimming pool. It’s not heated so it was too cool for our kids to play in.

Room was GREAT on 17th floor! Receptionist was great too! Only thing was it was not well maintained in entrance. Inventory boxes out. Ceiling vent was open with a fan. cleaning carts were downstairs. wasn’t the best looking honestly but i guess you get what you paid for. room, view, and breakfast was best. bonus points because it’s attached to a starbucks!!

This hotel is wonderful from the staff to the rooms to the location. Breakfast was really good and the rooms are really spacious. I would definitely suggest this room for any stay. Its 5 stars and some.
