Reasonable pricing, great location.

Clean room, beautiful lobby/ restaurant, beautiful top to bottom. We loved our room including the view, we will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing. But…. It was so loud with the street below that we were kept awake all night.

The breakfast selection was sparse, and they were running out of what they had. The hotel atmosphere was excellent, and the staff was helpful and super friendly.

Love the art deco vibe and beautiful large room The only negative was the luke warm temperature of the shower.

The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no. She did tell me the GM would reach out to me and he has not. It's only 35.00 but all the same they can do better.

We loved that they had a record players and three great lp’s we had never heard before. We also loved the location; right next door to The Majestic theater and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Super quiet, clean and comfy!

I love the location, several places to go and eat and have a drink, staff was nice and attentive. We love the restroom and the high-quality soaps that were provided in the shower. The room was decorated perfect the fridge and bar area were so classy. Not much to complain about, only thing is, we got there an hour after check-in and it was very busy. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to take a different option room, which was still great, but the TV would not turn on, not sure what the issue was and the record player in the room wasn’t working correctly. It might’ve needed a new needle or something.

I love the music theme and being able to check out records to play on the record player in every room. It is close to everything. The staff were great!!! They had great suggestions for us to have a good time. It needed a mirror in the bedroom itself not just in the bathroom and the lighting in the bedroom was really low.
