the rooms record player was broken , one of our lamps were broken the couch in the room had some mysterious stain and they charged me 60$ from my incidental fee for what ? idk i never used anything in the room the restaurant downstairs is literally so gross and the service sucked even tho we were the only table down there for 2 hours the staff was unwelcoming and the only person who was actually so nice was the valet

Clean room, beautiful lobby/ restaurant, beautiful top to bottom. We loved our room including the view, we will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing. But…. It was so loud with the street below that we were kept awake all night.

The breakfast selection was sparse, and they were running out of what they had. The hotel atmosphere was excellent, and the staff was helpful and super friendly.

Love the art deco vibe and beautiful large room The only negative was the luke warm temperature of the shower.

The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no. She did tell me the GM would reach out to me and he has not. It's only 35.00 but all the same they can do better.

We loved that they had a record players and three great lp’s we had never heard before. We also loved the location; right next door to The Majestic theater and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Super quiet, clean and comfy!
