My daughter and I travel to Dallas from Shreveport frequently to see concerts. We only stayed 1 night but next time we will book at Tge Indigo. We were graciously upgraded to a king suite. There was a separate sitting area from the bedroom. There was a great comfy mattress and all the typical hotel accommodations. I recommend this hotel to everyone. They are renovating and I can’t wait to return!

What I didn’t like was that the room didn’t seem to be fully cleaned. The floors didn’t seem to be mopped correctly, and the room could have been wiped down better because there was dust. I also saw a roach in the bathroom, which was definitely concerning.

All of the staff were wonderful and made me feel welcome!

We were upgraded to a suite possibly due to the hotel doing renovations. In the suite there seem to be a stench coming from the plumbing. The hotel staff was accommodating with trying to alleviate the smell.

This was my first time staying, but according to staff they just completed a remodel. All the staff were very kind and helpful with a smile, even opened doors as we came in and out. Our room was clean and comfy, and a great place to rest after a busy day. We had delicious burgers from the restaurant downstairs and again, all the staff were very kind and accommodating. As a single Mom with her teen, I felt very safe there as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

They were in the middle of renovating the lobby and bar area which should look great when finished but made it a bit unwelcoming due to the fact that it wasn't finished and folks were coming and going getting it ready. Great location!

Loved this hotel. Great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Ricky on reception was great and Sean on valet. Everyone was great but these two stood out to us.

Everything at the hotel was great, some of it was still under renovation but that didn’t effect us as we were eating out anyway
