Don’t go to this hotel it was a terrible experience

Great location. It shares a building with two other hotels. They also share the pool. Staff was friendly. Breakfast not worth the price.

Good hotel with a great location. However, their pet policy is misleading. They advertise themselves as pet-friendly, but they only allow service animals. It would be more accurate if they clearly stated that only service animals are accepted.

The first hotel room had a considerable amount of small bugs throughout the room. We went to reception and were offered a new room which did still have a bug in it. Reception did provide complimentary drinks for the inconvenience which was appreciated. The elevators usually smelled not great. Overall it wasn’t a bad time but I would return.

Everything was great, except the elevator. I don't know what problem the inventor of that contraption was trying to solve, but the unintended consequences are several.

Friendly staff I was up most of the night because there was street racing on the streets outside the hotel. I don’t know was going on with this part of Dallas. It’s very sketchy. They had public parking an employee at the hotel told me it’s not safe to park in that public lot!
