The staff was excellent, specially Michelle and Freydi, beautiful stay. We will come back if we visit Dallas again. There’s one guy that wear glasses and has darl hair, it seems like he is front desk manager or whatever. Disgusting attention, he doesn’t even look you in the eyes when speaking and he was very rude. He has to learn from Michelle on how to treat people.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is overpriced, most probably due to the FIFA world cup during our stay. The hotel and the room interion look outdated and long for a refurbishment. Our room had a view on an underground garage. In comparison with European hotels in that price/quality range well below standard.

Friendly staff I was up most of the night because there was street racing on the streets outside the hotel. I don’t know was going on with this part of Dallas. It’s very sketchy. They had public parking an employee at the hotel told me it’s not safe to park in that public lot!

It’s proximity to the shops and AT&T center. It was extremely congested out on the street.

The hotel was nice in a good location for day time strolling, but sketchy in the night time. We were given a room with a horrible view - the parking structure. Walking distance to good places to eat or walk.

The room was nice and comfortable. Staff were great. It is a little noisy from the street and neighbor rooms. The internet was pretty slow, butnot problematic.
