The staff and hotel was 10/10 it is in a busy area. A lot of traffic downtown. Con valet is 55 a night room was dirty. Staff accommodated to new room took 15 mins to wait though

This was my first time visiting Dallas and when I come back. I will definitely be staying back at The AC! Friendly Staff , very spacious rooms and very clean There was nothing I didn’t like! No complaints from me

Terrible stay. TERRIBLE. The moment we got there, the issues started. First, the girl at the front desk messed up charging me the down payment. Tried to charge me twice when I told her the charge went through on my end and showed her the charge on my account. Her supervisor had to step in and help. The hotel later charged me in the middle of the night without my knowledge or any warning from either the supervisor or the front desk employee that they were charging me the down payment AGAIN. When I went to talk about it the next day, try and sort it out, another girl said that there’s nothing she can do and that it’s the system, that all that money will be refunded to me. And to lock my card, basically that it was my problem when THEY messed up and double charged me the down payment fee. The showers? Awful. There was no hot water, when I told the employee she just said “I didn’t know,” in a snarky tone. Mind you, I’ve worked in customer service. I’m exceedingly sweet to the staff wherever I go, very patient and give grace where I can, but this place?? AWFUL customer service. The shower also wasn’t fully stocked, the shower gels were near empty and no one filled them up no matter what. Sheets were dirty. To top it off??? That $350 stay for TWO nights didn’t even come with free breakfast. I repeat, NO FREE BREAKFAST. This place sucks. Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE.

The location was great, bed comfortable, shower amazing, and the staff was top- notch!!! Waiting for valet to check in… super busy which is not their fault, but you are blocking traffic just to get in! Parking fees are ridiculously high! Sooooo over the prices ?

They have no self parking option and they charge so much for valet.

Not a great experience I arrived late due to my flight was delayed and provided me a handicapped room which I did not booked or paid for. Had to speak with a supervisor to change rooms the next day.

Easy check in. Clean, safe, quiet rooms.
