Air conditioning was horrible and their valet parking over charged me!
-
Check-in was fairly easy, room was comfortable, some signs of stains on couch, but nothing fresh or unwashed it appears. Shower was good, breakfast was ample quantity and variety. The parking arrangement leaves much to be desired. The hotel itself does not offer parking, it is covered by a third party service, however now you have information processing through 2 separate systems for the same stay and duration. At 50 dollars a night for parking, plus tax and fees, this drives up the average cost per night per stay. The valet service needs your hotel reservation information to process your stay, but you do not get a discount. In the interest of information protection and privacy, there is no convenience to this arrangement. Also had to wait up to 45 minutes for vehicle retrieval through their automated system, which doesn't match the hefty price tag, even if it is in the Dallas area with no street level parking and limited options. I suggest the hotel do some sort of validation for parking, because the price point will deter any hope of future reservations at this location. And, the amount of homeless persons in the area, another detracter. Extremely hot during the day, and there were homeless laying on the sidewalk across from the hotel, and one passed out in a wheelchair right next to the hotel itself. The entire area was filled with many homeless, and they used the plazas 2, 3 blocks away to seek refuge from the heat, the sun, and to rest.

We had a great stay. We stayed one night and found that the valet was easy to use, and our room was clean with a properly functioning air conditioner. The breakfast was great, and had all the main staples one could ask for. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything about our stay was wonderful and the front desk employees were so sweet. Really enjoyed our stay!

Room was clean Paid 200.00 for a room with no ac and they wouldn't fix it or switch rooms.
-
The hotel was clean and beautiful.Staff were very friendly as well. Wallet brought my car back smelling like weed. There are 3 hotels in one place so ot was confusing on what door to enter. This hotel you had to go inside another hotel and go to the 2nd floor.

Excellent déjeuner, bien situé

The staff was very kind. We definitely took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was very quiet. The suites were spacious and clean. Loved that we had a small kitchen. I appreciated having a walk in shower, but it was more difficult to bathe small children. The indoor pool facility was very clean. Parking is via valet service only. The valets were awesome, but definitely increases the parking costs of your stay.

I wish I had a better experience but other than the location to where I needed to be, this hotel wasn't good. I showed up at 3 to check in, but my room wasn't ready. The room wasn't even what I chose. So I got 2 rooms next to each other for a family of five because we needed to get ready for our event. For both rooms the TV remotes didn't work and the floors were sticky. We didn't valet park because the lot next to hotel was cheaper and quicker. Of course our window gets busted out by criminals who find nothing. But we now have to replace it before driving back home to avoid an open window for our 5 hour drive back home. We will not be staying here again. If you have to stay here, valet if you have the time and $$$

Staff was amazing and super helpful. Great location.

They failed to mention breakfast time so we went by the massice sign in the elevator that indicated breakfast was until eleven. Without any indication of it, the sign was for another hotel that shares elevators. We ended up having to eat breakfast for six outside the hotel. In my tab they owe me $100 for breakfast.

Bonito lugar para quedarse y muy céntrico

Only stayed one night but got a nice 20th floor room. We enjoyed the breakfast but selection is somewhat limited than other hotels. The breakfast and lobby area is large and a pleasant place to spend time as we did before heading out to the airport. We even got to use the gym, relatively small but nicely laid out and we were by ourselves anyway. I wish I had spent more time in the pool. It is actually a nice pool but just not for laps.
