Let me start this review by highlighting the one negative aspect of this property, there's no dedicated parking for this property. However, on the night of my stay (June 19, a Friday night), Abdul (if I have the right name and spelling) was kind enough to help me out. Not only did he try to suggest alternative parking spots, but went above and beyond by coming out to help me park. Which (considering how he was an assistant manager, if I recall correctly) he ultimately did by allowing me to park in the employee section to help in my time of need. Before going any further, this in my honest opinion, is an exemplary demonstration of superb customer service. He then proceeded to help me check in and get settled in the room. The room itself can be tight with spacing and whatnot, but it is functional if you can look past that. I did manage to check out the bar, which Abdul was pulling double duty as bartender as well. Very knowledgeable/friendly bartender (despite the late hour), who helped to give advice among topics such as things to see and do in the city. Not to mention, the lobby and it's decorations (especially for the World Cup happening in the city) were uniquely spectacular. Didn't get much of a chance to enjoy anything else, but for the customer service alone I'd return if I could.

Room was clean, staff were great … bar was excellent
-
Almost like staying a hostile but in downtown Dallas. Great place to stay.
-
Clean and cool Had to wait over 20 mins to check in on my first stay. Staff were ok. Fixtures in the room was night ideal and the toilet opposite the bed was concerning. Some sound proofing wouldn’t hurt either
-
- average staff - small rooms need sound proofing - need new pillows
-
Muy bien ubicado, habitaciones muy chicas para estadias no breves
-
Paper thin walls. Rooms lacked space to set items, while the bathroom was oversized.

Safe The coffee
-
location and the toilet very small and depressing

The rooms are really SMALL, perfect for a singular guest. Everything else is really nice!! Love the fact that the check in desk is a social lounge bar. It's also close to Deep Ellum, which is a great place to eat and socialize. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again!

Lovely stay, typical micro hotel. Nice bar and easy parking. Will stay again
-
There was no hot water during the stay, when I checked in, the room was unclean, lots of hairs on the bed and floor
-
Love the simplicity of this place. The value was great as well. Staff was excellent. Very likely to stay again on my next Dallas visit.
-
You can hear people talking from the other room. Rook size is good for back packers. Bathroom is clean. Staff are good.
-
Central location & the rooms are nice and clean! Walls are very thin so you will hear if you’ve got a loud neighbour!
-
Great hotel, getaway!

I had no issues whatsoever. This was not a long stay, just in and out but it was a great location, clean and inexpensive
