Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Very very outdated. Not like pics show. Very nice staff though. Pretty good location. Clean enough.. for North American standards. But just very outdated and old.

Great room and facility. Very large hotel which was very busy when we stayed. That meant lots of noise in the middle of the night.

Check in was effortless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the view was wonderful. The location of the Sheraton was ideal for what our mother/daughter weekend was designed for. Highly recommend if you are needing a reasonably priced hotel in downtown Dallas.

Beware of their 25 dollar daily tax. They will credit you 20 dollars a day im F&B, but its only good for that day. Its not explicitly clear at all in their flyer. But the daily tax is. Staff didnt clear explain that to me. Downtown is dead. Nothing going on in the area.

We stay here each year and the parking was a disaster when I got to the hotel after an all day wedding. Mass confusion so though I was in heels himself parked. Got to our room it’s large and nice but extremely plain now, not like years past at all! AC didn’t work well and the TV wouldn’t work because the remote batteries were dead but though I happen to have batteries due to the battery operated candles I was working with at the wedding I couldn’t change them because the battery back was screwed to the remote. Very frustrating and just not what we have come to expect from this hotel.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the housekeeping service I have received during my current stay at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, located at 400 North Olive Street in Dallas. I checked into the hotel on Thursday, September 17, 2026, and I am scheduled to check out on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. This trip was particularly important to me because I came to Dallas to celebrate my birthday on September 17 and expected to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, during my five-night stay, my room has only been cleaned one time, on Friday, September 18. Since then, my room has not received regular housekeeping service. I find this extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of the Sheraton and Marriott standard. When a guest pays for a multi-night stay at a full-service hotel, basic housekeeping and room cleanliness are reasonable expectations. Having my room serviced only once during an entire five-night stay has significantly affected my overall experience. I have stayed at this property before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I chose the Sheraton Dallas because I expected a certain level of quality and service based on the Sheraton name and my previous experience with the property. I am not writing simply to complain. I am asking management to review my stay and provide an appropriate credit, adjustment, or partial refund to my account to compensate for the lack of housekeepin
