Dallas Marriott Downtown

It was close to the American Airlines Center We paid for the breakfast package and the had no breakfast. The staff didn’t know how to correct the issue. So I paid additional fees a wasn’t accommodated for the issues said it was to slow for breakfast but mind you the hotel had a lot of guest at this time!

Had a great experience. The staff welcomed my wife and I for our anniversary, went as far as upgrading our room and providing M-Club perks. The only issue is the in-room toilet did not operate and was running the entire time.

First time staying and was very impressed. The bar tender was very helpful when it came to any questions

Its located in Downtown Dallas right next to the DART light rail. You can catch M-Line to Uptown where there is any decent food and lifestyle. The bedding is comfortable and quality linen. The price is outrageously expensive for the middle income to low income visitors. I paid nearly $400USD for just 2 nights which I regret as there honestly wasn't much to do in this city for a tourist. They shouldn't be charging that much for the experience you get in a dead city like this. Honestly apart from the bedding and location there was nothing else to justify the extra costs you pay. Complete ripoff when you compare it with other places but its really my mistake for not booking something cheaper even if it meant sharing a bathroom since I would have been fine with that in hindsight.

So friendly and helpful with out being pushy. Always opening doors, saying hello, offering to help. Front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevators worked great!

The location was great. The property was clean and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Loved our Stay! The bed was wonderful and the shower was clean. The room was comfortable and we slept so well!
