Overall the hotel Is very nice loved the hotel , but the staff is very terrible. They racially profiled over the weekend embarrassed me in front of alot of people. They also tried to charge me the same amount that I already paid again. Would never stay again due to the staff.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located downtown. There is a buffalo wing place next door and a couple of small restaurants near by. All within walking distance. A little overpriced on the simple things like water, but other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

Rooms and hallways were very clean. Carpeting in the rooms was a little dated, tolerable. Outstanding staff!

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk team was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Tesfaye, my bellman, is a standout professional. His proactive nature and courteous service perfectly capture the high standards of the Marriott guest experience. Thank you for a lovely visit. The rooms are not well lit.

The staff were incredibly nice and inviting, and made sure we knew to reach out if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. The room was clean and smelled nice. We were on the 16th floor with a city view that was amazing. Valet guys were friendly and quick. We will stay here again anytime we are in Dallas in the future.

J W Marriott ripped me off for an additional "Destination Fee" that was not properly disclosed to me by either Expedia or J W Marriott. I will never do business with either company ever again.
