Terrible service ; it took 30 minutes to get a luggage rack ! It took 60 minutes to get a simple lamp ! Poor and expensive breakfast ! Buffet in a club only for Marriott VIPs ! Personel does not care in serving you well... The best persons : Olivia very helpful and very kind. Adriano, very nice young man. The location is excellent. The restaurant very good. The mattress too soft. Why Marriott does not offer a soft and a firm mattress in twin rooms ?

Overall the hotel Is very nice loved the hotel , but the staff is very terrible. They racially profiled over the weekend embarrassed me in front of alot of people. They also tried to charge me the same amount that I already paid again. Would never stay again due to the staff.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located downtown. There is a buffalo wing place next door and a couple of small restaurants near by. All within walking distance. A little overpriced on the simple things like water, but other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

Rooms and hallways were very clean. Carpeting in the rooms was a little dated, tolerable. Outstanding staff!
