We selected this property for while we were in town for a concert, the property overall looks nice and I will be staying agian. The staff on the other hand seemed a bit detached and carefree when handling guests. Otherwise everything else was great.
-
Great location, reasonable price in comparison to alternative, welcoming staff that were helpful, breakfast option limited, gym totally needs work - no water, towels, equipment supported by towels to keep it level.

I was pleased with the whole experience with the property 😊 ☺️

Was given the wrong room twice both not being what I paid for. The room I had to settle for was extremely hot from check in at 4 pm until 7 Am the following morning. I asked the staff to check on why the room was so hot and also if they had a fan because it was so hot I was having trouble sleeping but no maintenance ever came and no fan was provided.

Short stay. Useful for my needs

Room was hot and air did not work. Plumbing was bad and so was parking. Breakfast was cold. Will not be back.

Pool was green and smelled

very clean, close to event center

The room was much smaller than expected, especially for a family. One of my biggest concerns was the window. It appeared to have been repaired with visible caulking and screws, and it did not seem like a typical double-paned hotel window. Traveling with young children, it raised enough concern that I didn’t feel completely comfortable. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Our room did not have any face towels, and despite asking multiple times over several days, we were never provided standard washcloths. Instead, we were eventually given microfiber towels, which were not an ideal substitute. The staff was polite when we spoke with them, but having to repeatedly request basic amenities took away from the overall experience. With improvements to room maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

Hotel is on a good location. In our room the patio door wouldn’t lock but they did change our room. A/C couldn’t keep up but it was over 100 degrees, in Texas in July and the 19th floor. Pool was terrible. It was cloudy and there were cigarette butts and other garbage everywhere and they allow people to smoke there.

Overall lovely place but AC Issues caused slight issue

The 14th floor had an extremely foul for, our ac was out we were moved to a different room and floor the smell was better room haf not been cleaned well, ac still was barely cold. Front desk staff very impolite. Not like any crown plaza I have ever stayed at. For the area and price a true disappointed

Coffee maker but no cups. No drinking water in room. Shower assembly was broken in several places and water shot all over bathroom and leaked onto hall carpet. I asked for the shower to be fixed but still broken when I left next day.

When we arrived the check-in person was not to be found. After about 5 minutes they came to the front desk and checked us in. Not very friendly at all, but it is downtown Dallas. We were told to park in the garage so we proceeded to pass through where the sign said height was 6'4", our Brand new SUV rubbed the sign! I am 6'2" and got out and am taller than our vehicle, So the sign was hanging under 6'. We proceeded up the garage levels where again, some places were high, some barley 6' tall. We finally backed down a level to park without scraping our vehicle again. It was very dark inside and we did Not feel safe at all. Homeless people walked through the entry way to hotel while we waited on a Lyft to go to dinner. Needless to say, we will not stay here again. The hotel needs to have someone outside where you pull up to check in to keep guests feeling safe and comfortable. Don't recommend.

We liked everything about this hotel—the location, the room, and the friendly staff. We were welcomed by Karen at the front desk, and she was very courteous. A good hotel; we recommend it👍👍👍
