Comfort Suites North Dallas

The room itself smelled very fruity as if it was trying to cover up smell of smoking and the room before us. Which really isn't a big deal. We were just there to sleep while on a business trip anyway. And we spent a lot of our time outside of the room. My favorite part was the broken down car in the parking lot that had obviously caught fire at some point and was just melted into the pavement. That got a laugh. I hope whoever was in that was okay or that nobody was in it at all. The breakfast was pretty good and was what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber but on Saturday morning it was better stock than it was on Sunday morning. The sausage was really good and the eggs are obviously the kind of eggs that you just cook in a pan and then kind of break up but they got the job done. The selection of other things were very low though and the oatmeal was that super oversweetened oatmeal that you would get where I think it would just be better off to just have plain oatmeal and have things that you can add into it but you got to cut corner somewhere, right? There was no coffee at all on Sunday morning which was very irritating so we just ended up getting coffee somewhere else after eating breakfast. We didn't partake in any of the amenities like the fitness center or the pool but we did see where they were and they look to be an okay condition. The hotel is kind of off of a weird side road and is butted up against a bunch of other hotels but parking was relatively easy.

Hard to find something good about it. Hotel is not clean, hallways stink and carpets are dirty. Breakfast is limited and limited hours. Parking not safe.

The hotel was good. I wouldn't want to bring my small children around this area because there are a lot of on goings in the evening.. From what I saw there were lady's of the night and other illegal activities going on.. Some sketchy people hanging around...

The room had a awful smell, there was stains on the counter tops, and the room was not clean. Elevator had issues didnt think it was safe.

Smelled awful, changed room twice because ac went out. Lots of homeless and illegal activity in the area, going in and out. Spaced out lady in the parking lot. Had to file a dispute for 4th night refund. No receipts given or emailed as stated. Breakfast was ok.

Very close to shopping. Restaurants Very convenient for everything 🙄

The lobby is different from the room. A lot need to be done inside the room. First of all, the carpet is very old and dirty, most of the amenities are old even the bathroom door was difficult to close. For 3 nights, I didn’t take the breakfast ( limited choice) at all except one yoghurt the first day!!

Great place to stay for the price. The staff is top notch.

Pool was closed for maintenance twice in the three days we were there. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was the same everyday. The menu has to be slightly changed each day.

Nice hotel if you like cockroaches. I’m sorry but that is a no for me. When notified, they came to the room with bug spray 😦
