stayed for two nights first night plumbing backed up in room and no maintenance available to fix till in the morning. Management moved us into another room that night. went around town the next day and was locked out of our room and it took almost an hour for them to get us back into a dirty room. this was not the embassy hotel we were use too. very disappointed.

Staff was amazing, the environment was fun, breakfast was great…one elevator was down, getting up/down took an extremely long time. Housekeeping did an okay job. I didn’t like the parking, but not a bad stay overall. I’ll circle back to the staff again, they we phenomenal

We had a simple question about extending our stay by one additional night and wanted to confirm that we could remain in the same room. When we asked to speak with the manager, the front desk employee told us he was the General Manager. Instead of assisting us professionally, he abruptly walked away in the middle of the conversation, headed to his office, and slammed the door. The interaction felt unnecessarily disrespectful and unprofessional. We weren’t making an unreasonable request—we were simply asking about extending our reservation. Customer service, especially from someone in a management position, should be courteous and respectful, even when the answer isn’t what a guest hopes to hear. I hope the hotel addresses this issue and provides additional customer service and conflict-resolution training for its management team, as no guest should be treated this way.

AC was not to good at keeping the room cold and the elevator was a big inconvenience. The bar closes to early at 12pm.

Breakfast was good. Didn’t care for the meats so much. This place was a bit of a bummer. We booked because it had a pool but the pool was closed which completely changed the ability for my kids to stay with us there as they would have something to do while we were working. The lady at the front was friendly and helpful even though she charged us 60 for parking. Expedia showed it was included, however management was extremely friendly and didn’t hesitate to refund me asap. There was a man at the front that was about useless, we needed a trolley upon arrival and he had a tude and didn’t help locate a trolley while the girl tried her best. Never got one so it took multiple trips. The bar was good and the bartender was great. Now the worst part, Friday night for lack of better words was anything but classy. The patrons that showed up in flocks smelled of weed through out the garage and hotel. You couldn’t escape it, fair warning to all readers.

I booked this hotel for a family trip to Dallas for the weekend. We have stayed at many Hilton hotels, thats all I book. Our families experience here was terrible. It started with the parking, the parking garage was not secured at all, no cameras and there was exposed, low hanging electrical wires and pipes that could cause issues if you werent avoiding those areas. Parking fee was charged for this. We get into the hotel and half of the elevators were not working so it took about 10-20 minutes to wait on the elevator each time. The toilet was not flushing. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the pool, we got there and the pool was closed. We then paid to go to a different pool somewhere else and when we got back to take showers. We had NO COLD WATER. The water was extremely hot, too hot to shower. We had dinner reservations that we had to cancel. We complained to the manager and staff. They sent maintenance who then tried to tell us that thats just how the city water is. So the whole city of Dallas has no cold water? He also tried to say that because its so hot outside the ground temperature is hot and heating the pipes and water. Excuse me? If the ground temperature is that hot, the population of Dallas would be dead because it would be over 200 degrees outside. Made absolutely no sense. We had to find another hotel that night. Highly unsatisfied with this rundown, dysfunctional hotel.
