All of the entrances around the hotel were not working with key cards. All customers had to enter in the front. This was extremely frustrating, and dangerous for females coming in after dark because the parking lot is dimly lit. No Safe in Rooms The hair dryer just barely put out any air. I could have brought one if I knew. I have stayed here many times but slowly it gets a little worse each time. This will be my last time to stay here. Good Things--It was 105 degrees outside but the air conditioner work well and I was cool. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The room was great! The layout of the room and furniture were fabulous ! The pool was closed due to a problem w it not being clean. It was hotter than hades and I was really hoping to swim.

The staff was all amazing! I was there for a pageant, and they helped me so much, whether it was zipping me up because my family wasn't there yet, or making sure my room was in immaculate condition - they are great!

Everything was great. The only thing we didn’t like was the refrigerator in our room only stayed on for 2hrs. This was not helpful to us overnight, the few cold snacks we had had to be trashed.
