Staff was wonderful. Convenient and quiet at night. The shower part of the bathroom needed updating

I do not like rating normally, but I feel like I have to for this one. Few things I did not appreciate were that the shower /tub was not clean, the towel had hair stuck on it, the light by the sink area was not working, I cannot say it was the best experience, but at least no one walked in on me like they did to my friend. Two completely different people were assigned to the same room.

Honestly, I didn't know you had to pay for parking. I probably overlooked it when I booked the reservation. Oh, I did expect a little more than an omelet and a cup of coffee for breakfast but that's ok because I was overall happy with everything. Hope to have a revisit soon. Thank you

Overall stay was great. I asked for a balcony room on the highest floor, that was granted. Customer service was great. The only thing I didn like was no ice machines were working on the first 3 floors I went to get ice. I was dressed for bed wondering the hallways looking for ice lol. But it’s good hotel I will book again when I come back into town.

We stayed here because the reviews were pretty good for the price of the hotel and we stayed at these before and they’ve been exceptional. Well, not this one. Upon arriving, there was several prostitutes and you would know them by seeing them. Walking around the premises if waiting to be lead in. And we found small rocks holding the door just slightly opened in the back of the building where we were to go in. We removed the rock and went straight to our first floor room. As we were getting ready to enter, the garbage cans were all full with trash scattered around, and it looked like it had not been picked up in days. Even on our way to the room, there was stains and a fork with food inside the hallway. We got in the room, went to sleep and heard so much noise. Like loud bangs in the middle of the night, as if furniture was being moved around or perhaps thrown around. We only stayed one night because we had an early flight with the two kids. I would not stay here ever again. Again, I was really surprised because of the reviews. One or more thing when we looked out the window to see if we wanted to go to the pool, there were chairs everywhere outside the windows where they weren’t supposed to be. Maybe this hotel was great at one point, but it really is not anymore. If you have family with small children or any children, do not stay here. Yes it was that bad.

Good stay no complaints

I like that there was a bar and food area/ a place to lounge. I feel like the rooms could have been cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and a suspicious brown substance smeared on the bathroom door right by the toilet. The shower didn’t seem like it had been clean that well. And we found a stain on the sheet in the bed but not too sure if that was just a stain that didn’t come out or if it didn’t get cleaned…

I arrived at the hotel at 9pm with my family and was told they over sold the night and the manager canceled all 3rd party reservations and both my rooms were canceled. I never received an email or notification of this happening. I am beyond upset

The facility was in pretty poor shape, room dirty and smelled musty/moldy, bathroom vanity area light not working, no trascan in restroom, water stains on ceiling above bed, sofa bed mattress had nasty, old stains in several areas and the mattress generally, had lost it's shape, you could feel the box springs, were unable to use it! Also, did not sleep at all, very noisy location and late check-ins talking loudly in hallways and slamming doors! Never again, will spend the extra money next time!

We moesten nog een nacht buiten doorbrengen vanwege een gas lek in ons appartement. Is lekker dichtbij ons huis en had een heel groot bed. We mochten zelf twee uren langer blijven. We hebben had niet nodig gehad maar dat het kon. Dankjewel voor alles.

It was good stay. Used for a concert in town. Only complaints was when we got there at 5 room was not ready. Room was suppossed to be ready at 3. The AC seemed to not work. Temp was 76 degrees entire stay all though we set to go lower.

Disappointing

Clean rooms. Cold ac. Everything works

Hotel itself wasn't bad. Carpets were dirty, elevators needs service, first room the door lock quit working, second room ac barely worked, could not get the temp under 76 degrees. No blow drier in the room, the balcony door fell off the track and only half the ice machines work. Not impressed won't stay here again.
