Will not stay here again

My shower drain backed up twice and flooded the bathroom

DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL UPDATED---FILTHY AND CEILING TILES BROWN AND FALLING DOWN EVERWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! GO ELSEWHERE OTHERWISE THEY WILL NEVER REPAIR IF PEOPLE KEEP PATRONIZING THIS DUMP

This hotel is nowhere near worth the nightly price. It’s beyond standard and nothing special. Upon check in, we weren’t even directed to where the elevators were located or where our room was. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Stood in line for a room for 45 min just to be told they way overbooked the rooms. Very disappointing and disorganized

Nice staff and lounge/bar area. The pool area. Something needs to be done to repair the concrete arpund the pool

Nothing. This hotel over sells their rooms so if you book months in advance you then up at 10pm and there is no room. Eric on front desk is the worst reception staff I have ever dealt with. Absolute disgrace.

Staff

We had to be moved out of room into a new room due roaches crawling in the bathroom. The telephone didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk. Not to mention the lightbulb was out on the lamp. The staff had an attitude about it. When trying to use our key card in the side entrance at 1:00am, it didn’t work and we had to walk all the way around the front. Also, none of the ice machines worked so we had to get ice from the bar which opened during a certain period. It was awful.

Hotel is very nice. It is in great location for Medical District in Dallas. This was not our first time staying here and we would definitely stay again.

No food to eat after breakfast. Have a sign behind counter for sandwich or wraps but not open. No food available in their little space by desk. Was not kept up. Would not stay here again.

The staff was so nice.

I liked the location and the comfort I didn’t like how the pool when close and had no warning sign I didn’t have a blow dryer in my room and felt my room wasn’t as clean as other places I’ve been too
