Good

Sharron was fantastic. We liked the key card security for not only the door but the elevator. Loved that tea, co oa, and coffee were available 24/7. We had some issues with our room. We told the young man when we left. The blackout shade was stuck, so we could not block out the light that directly shone in our windows. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck in the down position, so it drained slowly, so it was hard to wash our face and brush teeth. The back of the remote was broken so it kept falling off. None of this would keep us from staying again.

Very noisy

Check-in was frustrating. Despite our Hotel Engine reservation, the receptionist insisted on charging the full room rate and refused to review our confirmation. She was rude and asked us to call Hotel Engine, which had to contact her to resolve the issue. Her explanation afterward did not match what we experienced. Tired travelers should not have to deal with this unnecessary delay.

Great stay

Very accommodating- had to check-in early- was not a problem- very friendly staff- room was clean and maintained very well- great location.

Decent breakfast

The room and staff were nice. Would’ve gotten 5 stars but had three large bugs invade our room throughout our stay.

The RUDE GIRL that checked us in was just horrible. No hello! Just asked if we drove and for ID and CC. Didn’t bother to tell us that our reserved King room was not available and that we had to double beds instead. I had just had major surgery on my arm and the king bed made a difference. Did not inform us that there was a deposit and that was why fare was different. When called from the room to ask about not having a king bed, she told me that I was lucky to have a room!! When I asked about fare difference she was incredibly got even more hateful! I asked her again why we were not told and she got even nastier! I know these calls are recorded and ask that they actually be listened to!! She hung up the phone and I called back at least 3 more times just to ask for her name and she refused to answer. Because of her rudeness my boyfriend did not want me to go down and confront her, but instead reach out to management. I feel bad leaving a bad review, but this woman is hurting the entire company!! I would leave a fat 0 if possible.

The view was kewl and loved that the rooms had white noise machines. It was awesome we didn't have to use a YouTube video of fan noise.

You won't receive room service automatically. I was not informed that I needed to request room service otherwise I would not have received it. The day I requested service, I did not receive it by 3:00 and they informed me that I needed to wait longer.

They charged me and canceled a night. I never got clean towels or trash service on the 3rd day. Roaches were present in my room and the bathroom was missing light bulbs. The staff were nice...

The rooftop bar is definitely the highlight

Rooms were the only good thing about this trip. Staff that checked my in on 9/26 was not very welcoming at all. I don’t understand having staff working at places that don’t wanna be there. I wouldn’t return because of how rude and dry she was when walking in the hotel to get checked in

The staff working on 9/16-9/17 went above and beyond getting me checked in early to get ready for an event, allowing a late check out, sharing delicious gift bags and helping me with some photos. Grateful for the fresh coffee, cocoa, water and tea in the charming lobby and free breakfast. The rooms were lovely. Comfortable beds and lovely bedding, towels, tv, fridge, iron and plenty of room to get ready/spread out in the bathroom and with great lighting which is NOT always the case. Loved the eco friendly shower products and water pressure. It was also a safe and quick trip from Love Field. Will absolutely stay here again if I'm working in Dallas again. Thank you!
