Not a lot of amenities.

We brought our 12lbs Morkie to stay with us on our staycation here. The staff brought us dog bowls, dog bed and even treats for our little one. Very helpful, and very accommodating. Nearby restaurants made dinner easy and elegant. Highly recommend The Mexican next door.

Very frustrating incidental fees are $400 a room. Didn’t expect that. Hidden fees for a lot. Reached out to Expedia and they were awful to work with. So good luck.

That said, I don’t think it was worth the price. The pool was extremely dirty, which was disappointing, and the amenities were very limited. There also wasn’t much to do at the hotel, so the atmosphere felt a bit boring. Overall, it’s a good hotel with comfortable rooms, but considering the cost, I expected better amenities and a cleaner pool.

I slept so well even on the first night!

Rude, disrespectful, security guard was like throwing us out like homeless they treat like bad bar tender was rude no hospitality bad service amenities we gave to pay extra

We booked a one night staycation, just to get some time together as new parents & were very excited to have an entire suite at the iconic Virgin Hotel! The staff was great & very attentive! The room was beautiful as well & had such amazing character! Unfortunately after getting settled in, we noticed some very unfortunate messes/ stains throughout the room… makeup on the closet curtains, stains in the tub & on the floor drain. We also experienced our A/C not working in the room, which seemed to be broken throughout the hotel entirely (as a native texan, those things happen this time of year, so it wasn’t really inconvenient just more frustrating tbh). I think all in all the Hotel is beautiful & staff were great (they did send us up champagne for the tub being stained which we REALLY appreciated) but the idea of checking in a room that’s $600+ (which was $100 more than i was told i would charged when booking) & it being dirty was a big bummer.

Dirty room, bed was not made, dirty towels. Front staff could not provide a functional key for my room. Never provided any key for my stay. Do not recommend.
-
Great rooftop bar by the pool. Pool color makes it seem like pool is dirty though.
-
Hotel is a little off the beaten path but is a quick uber to Uptown and Victory Park areas.
-
Beautiful property. Deluxe suite was amazing but should have had an actual refrigerator and a microwave in the suite. 💙🌹

We arrived independence dau

Check in is at 3pm but the pool closed at 8:00pm which is early for guest that’s staying at the hotel, that was very disappointing for my family. We booked 8 rooms.

This hotel was very hip, I loved the room.

Breakfast was delicious! 😋

The amenities here are unmatched. We spent our afternoon at The Pool Club, which has a vibrant Vegas-style atmosphere and stunning, unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline. We also grabbed drinks and relaxed in the Funny Library Coffee Shop—such a fun and cozy touch! The central location also makes it so easy to get around the city, whether you're heading to a game at the American Airlines Center or exploring downtown. A massive shout-out to the staff for going above and beyond to make our weekend perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun getaway, staycation, or business trip. I'll definitely be back!

This is an over-rated hotel. Lobby and cafe so super hot and humid. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. I think they were in the back somewhere in the back. No amenities and parking is 70$ a night.
-
We kept our breakfast outside and no one picked it up for a whole day Cups and glasses were not replaced
-
The staff was amazing but the pool was brown & the house car doesn’t take you anywhere other than Market.
