Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Medical/Market Center

Meh, I asked for Housekeeping service a few times and they never sent anyone. I called front desk to get some clean towels at least and they said that I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get them, ugh

Was in Dallas for the Enhypen Blood Saga tour. This hotel was convenient to the venue. Staff was wonderful. Well maintained and clean. The breakfast had variety and taste (something you don't always get with complimentary breakfast). Would definitely stay again if in the area. Plenty of parking and felt very safe.

The location was great, near our daughter’s apartment. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, but one fabric chair in the room needed cleaning or replacing. Other than that it was well maintained. The hotel overall needs a little updating, but we would likely stay here again.

Made to order omelets for breakfast was a great touch

The room was pretty spacious and perfect for three adults. It was clean and comfortable and a good location with various eateries nearby. I felt it was also conveniently located close to American Airlines Center since the reason for my trip was a concert. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was so delicious and much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the property it self was not vey well maintained. First was given a room that smelled like cigarettes and had a broken bathroom light. That same night they switched to another room that also smelled like cigarette smoke. They moved to another room the next day which smelled much better, but the flushing handle on the toilet was loose and didn’t always flush properly. I expected much better facility for the price and I would not book a room there again.

Only issue wasn’t exactly in downtown as advertised. It was around 10 mins by car or 20 mins by public transportation.

Room stayed cool but we’re not cleaned daily

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small and the shower dripped persistently but it was clean and there was good hot water and pressure. The biggest problem with my stay was that the pillows were all the flat squishy kind with no structure or firmness; I would not stay here again in the future unless I were able to bring my own pillow because I genuinely could not sleep. The front desk staff was friendly upon check-in but the person who checked me out did not ask if I enjoyed my stay which surprised me. I typically have better experience at Marriott chain hotels.

Only reason it’s a 3 is the location. There’s some bar/lounge next to it and it plays really loud music into 11pm. Unfortunately we have a 5month old so even with 2 sound machines on loud the music was so loud it made it impossible for him to sleep until they closed for the night.

We arrived in the evening check in was slow due to another customer not having reservations. Staff was polite . Room was clean and comfortable . Wasn't told breakfast ended at 9:30 am.

Desayuno bastante incompleto. No habia frutas, siquiera... Lamentablemente, la estadia fue mala. No hemos podido dormir en toda la noche porque se escucha demasiado ruido de los pisos superiores. El hotel tiene una estructura antigua y los pisos son de madera (cubiertos por alfombra). Pero cuando la gente de arriba camina, los pasos retumban mucho en la habitacion y se hace imposible dormir. Lamentablemente, teniamos unos vecinos bastante maleducados que estuvieron caminando en la habitacion como hasta las 4am. Entiendo que el staff del hotel no puede hacer mucho con esto, pero deberian reforzar con los huespedes la politica de ruidos a partir de cierto horario. No volveria porque nada me asegura que no vuelva a suceder, excepto, tener una habitacion en el ultimo piso.
