The elevator was broken, but the hotel staff were great. Thank you!

Did not share they were "renovating" the hotel, but it seemed more like repairs needed and not actual renovation. No elevator, which wasn't an issue. I was on the 3rd floor and in a room nearest the stairwell door. My room would only cool to 78 degrees during the day. The ac couldn't keep up, until 11pm or so. The stairwell door constantly slammed from the high use, due to no elevator. Key readers on both outside entry doors for the stairwells were not working. The breakfast was fine but the exact same all three mornings. Room was fine. I just don't agree with being charged full price for the room I was given and the known issues. Until the issues are repaired, I would not stay again.

Breakky was great as who doesn't love a omelette station. Lifts were out for our whole stay but that can't be helped sometimes.

There were a few things that needed to be fixed, elevator, end door lock.

Good location. Clean and comfortable room When I checked in had an issue with the front desk. They claimed my room wasn’t paid for so had to use my card and was charged again. They were not helpful at all. The morning person fixed my problem and the elevator was out of order and was on the second floor

I have a bad back and the elevators broke the first day. Also they charged us for parking which is crazy.

Location and nice cool room Elevators not working, had to use stairs for third floor. Back entrance doors were also not working.

Aside from that the building is a little dated, but it was clean. Breakfast was to be as as expected. They had an omelette making station, your standard roasted potatoes, sausage patties, eggs, cereal, oatmeal options. With muffins, toast, bagels,milk, juice, and coffee available.

Room was good but ice machine down and snack purchased closed when we went downstairs.

The rooms were actually clean and the staff was great. They actually have a person there that cooks omelets to order. The inside of the building is just super rundown. The carpets are filthy and the rooms smell very musty

Staff was friendly Our room smelt super damp and musky. It was really strong and it actually made me gag.

The elevator and ice machine was broken all weekend. Room started leaking from the light in the bathroom. Had to move rooms. And outside doors didn’t work. Couldnt get in without walking around to the front. However the breakfast was good!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean along with all towels and bedding . The shower has excellent water pressure! Elevators were not functional during the stay and back door keyfob was not functional either. So had to use stairs to get to our 3rd floor room and walk to the front instead, especially when room was at the back of the building. Not the end of the world, got steps in, but inconvenient especially when paying full price.

No complaints

Room smelled of mildew when I entered. Elevator was not working and I was put on the 3rd floor... Towels, pillows, and bedsheets had a strong pungent smell of bleach. The strong smell made my head hurt constantly. Wifi was not working all the time either. First and last time I stay here that’s for sure.

On a positive note the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful and our room was clean.
