It was very crowded on the 4th of July. However, no one can help that. It was a great place and excellent staff. I would recommend it to anyone going to the area!

Nice hotel overall but my key stopped working twice and I was on the 10th floor, had to walk back down to lobby with my 5 year old, super exhausting and frustrating! Prices are kind of high and they include taxes and gratuity when billing you and tells you nothing! Still haven’t received a final bill and new charges appeared on my account from hotel!

The rooms are very old and have a rustic, outdated feel rather than the modern luxury shown in the photos. The information and expectations set by the hotel were misleading. The bathroom was a major issue—the toilet clogged, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor, which was extremely unpleasant. The bedsheets also had an unpleasant smell, making it difficult to feel comfortable. In addition, the beds advertised as queen-size felt much smaller than expected. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its 5-star rating or luxury reputation. Considering the price, it was simply not worth it. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements to its rooms and overall maintenance.

It was a very good stance it was the first trip with the family end everything was perfect nice beds beautiful rooms we have a really good time in the water park staff was very nice and friendly specially perla from house keeping everyone was happy and planning the next trip

Room was 80 degrees. They wanted to chatge me half the room rate when i asked to cancel because of heat

The hotel was beautiful and so well kept . We visited the water park and that was super fun ! It was my brother n law birthday and they decorated our room so good. All staff we encountered were super friendly and very helpful

The stay was very nice.

As we were taking a much needed nap after traveling. Also the swim up bar allows toddlers to play on the barstools. So not exactly adult time for others without kids.

Anatole grounds is always beautiful. The only complaint I have is that we reserved 2 queen beds and received 2 full beds. They were a little small to share.
