I wouldn't ever stay there again, and would caution others as well. It is under a heavy amount of construction, and the fact that it states it's "under renovation" in the description is an understatment. You will check in at a folding table in the back of the hotel, and dine in a side "hall" (if that's what you want to call it), with a small cart for beverages. There's plastic hung up everywhere, it's dusty, the entrie front of the hotel is torn down and up, there's construction equiptment everwhere, it's loud during the day, and the property manager will not hear your complaints. There are stains on the carpets and the bathtub in the room looked like it was fron 1980, with dust in the vents. The room was clean, i will give them that.

The property is undergoing renovations in the lobby area. Not the best scenario for customers . Work begins early and it's noisy. Moreover, carpet to rooms especially in the second floor was quite stained and dirty . If we would have known prior about the renovations and impact we would have booked place

When you arrive the place looks abandoned. You have to pull around the back to enter the hotel. This place is under construction, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. There rooms were okay? The Coffee Bean k-cups were great. The dog show was in town and the hotel was full of furry angels. I love dogs, I have one, but I don't want to lodge with them. The various breeds were a pleasure to see. The pool was kind of disgusting. I watched them vacuum dirt from the hot tub and pool. The jets did not work in the hot tub. There was a weird film on the skin from the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and attentive. I didn't complain because I understood the construction, however, I would not recommend this location.

This hotel should be closed down. They are remodeling the front lobby BUT that was the only good thing happening. It’s a dump. Stained carpets, no water pressure, old bathrooms, unfriendly staff and no amenities.

I prepaid for a Deluxe Room with two queen beds through Expedia, but our original room on the 8th floor was extremely hot and humid because the air conditioning wasn't working. The carpet also had several dark stains that made the room feel unclean. Around 1:30 a.m., we had to request a room change because the room never cooled down. While the staff moved us, the replacement room was not the Deluxe room I had paid for. To make matters worse, I cut my hand while using one of the hotel's luggage carts during the move. The next morning, I asked the front desk for a first aid kit and was told they didn't have one—only Band-Aids for purchase. Because the injury required more than a Band-Aid, I had to leave the hotel and buy wound-care supplies at Walgreens. I appreciate that the overnight staff moved us to another room, but between the undisclosed renovations, the malfunctioning A/C, being downgraded from the room I paid for, and the lack of basic first aid supplies after an injury on hotel equipment, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

i didn't like that the place was under construction while I stayed there

So basically getting your car broken is a real problem here. The truck next to me had its window shattered and then they had a security guy sitting in the parking lot that night finally but I guess it's commonly here

Food was expensive. Cost me $400 for two days so I won't be going back.

They have construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay - staff was nice and room was clean . We only stayed one night but worth the price

The hotel was undergoing a new reconstruct. The paint in the building was dull and peeling. There were cracks in the ceiling and the carpet was filthy. The television and telephones did not work in some rooms and the bathroom flooded. My room was changed three different times on different floors, which was exhausting. As far as the amenities go, the whole five days that were spent at this hotel, the Jacuzzi did not work properly, and the staff did nothing to change that.

The stay was excellent, quite, clean

Major construction work restricted access to the building.

I arrived to a closed front entrance of the hotel, Garden Inn Hilton, (remodeling) had to go to the rear entrance. I am elderly (over 80) and the doors at the rear are standard heavy metal doors, I went in checked in after searching quite some time for reservation, I got a luggage cart which was not easily to handle no one offered assistance to get in and out of doors finally got to room, the maid was going down the hall cleaning I notice there were not sufficient towels that would be needed I ask for and rec'd towels from friendly maid I put things in order and rested for a while I went to use the bathroom and the commode had been used and not flushed (? why not ) which upset me I cleaned it with sanitizer I did not want to change rooms because I was very tired but should have. I then decided to shower and there were several black hairs in the bathtub, I got my hand sanitizer and cleaned the tub before I showered. I would not stay in this hotel again! I tried calling several times with no success.
