I didn’t know what to expect from this hotel because I’ve never stayed at this brand, but I was so pleasantly surprised. It is pet friendly and they really go out of their way to welcome pets. My little dog was very happy. Sometimes you go to hotels and the floors and hallways are dingy, but this place was immaculate, modern and super clean. The lobby was also the place where you got a wonderful breakfast, filled with lots of protein choices, as well as cereals, healthy stuff and some pastries. There were several areas in the public spaces to hang out indoors and out. The property was in a safe area and walkable. Nearby there was a Panera restaurant where you could get really good soup and salad that was open late. The swimming pool was clean and didn’t smell over chlorinated. And the rooms were magnificent, with lots of room, very clean, exceptional linens, almost a full kitchen, along with a desk, full closet, king-size bed that was wonderful to sleep on, and something that is very rare, wonderfully soft and supportive pillows. I didn’t stay long, but I would have loved to stay there for four or five nights. The staff was incredibly helpful, including the night staff that helped check me in, as well as the kitchen staff and housekeeping. This was not an expensive place to stay, but they didn’t let that stop them from delivering the highest quality hotel stay in the past five years for me. Bravo! Highest marks!!

Clean and spacious room. Nice area with parking available.

It was a pretty sketchy neighborhood, but the hotel was great, free parking and nice room. My only complaints were there was very limited options for breakfast if you are gluten free and the thermostat was so bright and illuminated the entire room at night.

Friendly staff and professional

The checkin process was slow and dreadful. We stood in line for a long time and it seemed like the hotel was very understaffed.

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel, and the room was clean only one time. The second night I went down to the reception to complain and they said that the next day they would clean it. The housekeeper went and only cleaned the bathroom, after that day I had to go down to front desk to get toilet paper and the fifth night I had to go down to get clean sheets and change the bed sheets by myself.

The hotel was awesome and the rooms were nice and clean I just didn’t trust our car in the parking lot with all the homeless people walking around.

Staff Friendly easy check in and check out process

Everything was wonderful. Polite staff, great room, very clean. Have to go back down for another medical appointment in 2 weeks and made another reservation here.

Hotel is very clean and that’s a plus for us. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was the norm for most buffets. It closes at 9:00 am. I got there right at 9 with my 2 granddaughters and the lady was extra nice to let us take our time and get ours. Pool was fine also

Everything was clean, including the pool. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The complementary breakfast was fantastic and included a huge variety of foods and drinks. This has become our go-to hotel when we're in the area.

Overall this hotel was great- the double room was spacious and the saltwater pool was nice. Breakfast was good and location was great. We were there for a concert at the Silo and it was a quick uber ride away. My only real complaint is the bathroom has a barn door that doesn’t lock and has huge gaps on the sides. So privacy was definitely lacking there. My friends preferred to use the restroom in the lobby instead.

Very nice for the price, super close to hospitals! We loved everything about the hotel, but it’s when you walk out those doors that it takes a turn for the worse. Homeless people and active drug users roaming the parking lot and sleeping 50ft away at the gas station. I would still recommend highly, it’s not the hotels fault for the area.
