Holiday Inn Express Dallas Medical-Market Center by IHG

Checkin was tough, arrived 11:45 only person there, clerk argued with me that the stay wasn't prepaid, and wanted to charge me again for it along with a $100 deposite. Last thing you need after checking in late and an early morning. After 35mins he finally figured it all out.

Ac not working properly

Hard to find food close by if you get in later in the evening.

Definitely our new “place to stay” when we need come for doctor appointments!! The staff were super friendly and welcoming! Everything was clean, well organized, and easily accessible for my child in a wheelchair.

Breakfast was really good and the hotel was only a 5 minute drive to stadium, perfect place if you’re catching a show at AAC!

Property was good, however there is a city train that passes right by the hotel. I’m not sure what time I finally fell asleep, but it went on very late.

Nice room and breakfast. It's good for people withlocal transport availability. Others depend upon public transport. A 12 min walk from hotel will take you to DART station .

Everything was great just the air wasn’t cold enough for me

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind. Room was clean.

The place was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. They did warn us that the keys demagnetize easily, and sure enough our keys did, but they resolved it quickly. Our extra lock in the door didn't work properly but you still couldn't open the door without the key. The breakfast was really good, better than other hotel breakfasts we've had. Overall a good experience.

I think the breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly

my room was right opposite the ice machine and people were getting ice at 1am and 5 am. It was very loud and woke me up repeatedly. Would be great if you could lock it or remove access during leeping hours.
