Holiday Inn Express Dallas Medical-Market Center by IHG

Exceptional

It’s in a great location from our destination downtown. Room felt humid.

Almost everything..Layout of the hotel very good. Short hallways laid out in a rounded triangle with the three elevators in the middle. Very efficient. We were on the third floor and it goes up to 7. Clean room, comfortable King Size bed. Desk, chaise lounge, real closet, safe, sitting bench, two hooks on the wall to hang things on,, working TV with lots of channels, refrigerator, microwave, separate shelf and large lighted mirror outside the bathroom. Bathroom seemed small, but was large enough for commode, combination shower and tub and a large lighted mirror over the sink. Two usb ports and two outlets on both sides of the bed. Plenty of lighting. Our room was above the Porte-cochère for the hotel. Rain so we did not try the outdoor pool. Plenty of free parking. 11 minutes from Downtown. 11 minutes from Dallas Executive Airport. Many restaurants near by car. No coffee maker in room. Soap only squirt bottles attached to wall. Egg omelet was not as good as usual. A bit dry.

It's actually one of the nicer Holiday inn expresses I've stayed at. This is very clean with lots of free parking and it look like the rooms have been renovated recently. I would absolutely stay there again

Was a great property, great area.

Great location

Very nice I had a emergency I needed to get back je

The rooms are well kept and the staff were helpful. Ignore the some of the wild complaints. Noise was a minimum. Will stay there again in the future.

We were very pleased with out stay here, it's quiet, easy access to restaurants, Kroger grocery store. The front desk staff was amazing, friendly, accommodating and efficient!

Excellent Breakfast. Excellent AC.

The room was clean, there were a few stains on the comforter and pillow cases but other than that very and very clean bathroom. The room itself was in good shape. My only complaint is I asked for extra towels twice and never got them. Not a huge deal at all. Would stay there again if in the area.

Food and restaurant at the hotel are really bad. Installations feels old.

Exceptional

Air conditioning was very loud the entire time. Also the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The entire staff was very nice. And breakfast was good.

Only stayed one night but staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The room was clean, but the air conditioner didn’t help keep the room cool. But other than that it was a good stay. Would stay there again.

Could not cool the room adequately. The a/c was not adequate.

The pool was supposed to be open until October, but was closed. It was the whole reason why we stayed the night before my son’s procedure at Children’s.

La toalla estaba sucia pero todas las demás veces que me he quedado todo está perfecto

This place is Terrible, do not stay here
