Exceptional

Great location rooms are clean and staff is helpful

The staff was kind Dirty, room smelled like pee, hair found around the room, breakfasts buffet was mostly gone and not refilled even though we showed up 45 minutes before it should end. Not the room we booked.

Everythink

The breakfast was great! Well stocked and fresh. The lady providing the food was exceptional. Hotel was convenient to the attractions & family. I had no cons for this stay.

The staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice facility. Breakfast was typical but good. Wifi was hard to access. A previous occupant had removed light bulbs, which rendered several lights in the room unusable.

Smelled like weed, TV was odd like the guide didn’t tell you the right info. It told you 2 different channels, if you entered either one, it doesn’t get you to that channel, and you just have to scroll to a channel and wait 5 seconds for it to show.

Excellent air conditioning It was a bit noisy from the room up above

Pool way to much chlorine

The staff was great so was breakfast the stay was good we had 3 different issues but nothing big. Pool way to much chlorine

Old and location Location location is horrible

The swimming pool was dirty and high smelling to chlorine. The jacuzzi was dry it had no water. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. Nothing like the last time I was there.

Room had a bad smell notified staff & came back to ac nit working

I didn’t like this hotel at all.

This place needs to have better cleaning facilities cockroaches in bathrooms, dirty floors, smelled REALLY BAD, and dirty pool. I didn’t like this hotel at all.

Very clean good service great restaurant next door bed rooms are clean

I love this hotel!!

Also they charged $5 parking per day which was never informed before. It is like open parking lot and no parking tag was given so how would someone assume there is parking fee.
