We got back to the hotel about 11:35pm and the night clerk was behind the counter, no greeting or even a glance from the clerk, he was steady on his phone. By this time it’s midnight and the people above us (have kids I’m assuming) are running and jumping, regardless I was able to nod off. At 3am I was awakened by them jumping. I called the front desk three times to see if they could address it, no one answered. The hotel is not in a good area, that’s on me, I’m not familiar with Dallas. Security was out there making their rounds from the time we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon to the time we got back in the evening, they seemed very vigilant. I wouldn’t stay here again, mainly for the lack of presence from the night clerk and because of the heat. On a side note, in the morning we’re leaving with a full luggage cart and one of the cleaning ladies is changing the garbage liner on the can out front. I’m looking at her standing there to see if she’d move her cart 6 inches so I could get by on the sidewalk and nothing, at that point I was just over it and I went around the front of the vehicles through the parking lot to the corner of the building to get to my vehicle, just an overwhelming lack of customer service.

The staff was perfect however I had reserved 2: beds and when I arrived only 1 bed was available for our first night.

Housekeeping should be improved. Never cleaned my room and I stayed multiple days. Breakfast ran out of items and were slow to replace. Front desk staff were helpful and efficient.

Arriving to Fairfield we were greeted with nice enough hospitality but there were three people located in the front chatting with the manager. While walking in they looked at my fiancé and I. I thought nothing of it and went to go park my truck extremely quick while my fiancé had our luggage heading to our designated room. In that short amount of time I was gone which was around a minute the young man was trying to talk to my fiancé. My fiancé of course did not respond to these flirtation attempts and then the other two women mocked my fiancé and they were laughing at her making my fiancé feel embarrassed and disrespected . When I got back I saw my fiancé’s face and asked what the problem was. When I went to go confront the young man and women the young man jumped up started screaming and took off his shirt and signaled for me to come fight him heading outside as we were in the lobby. I felt disrespected as well as there was no accountability from the young man. While the women did apologize the young man had to be cooled down and treated like a child by his accomplices. After this incident I talked to the manager professionally but with a firm attitude. We talked for a long time and in the end he could do nothing for me and my fiancé… He did not kick out the young man, say anything to him, or even offer any sort of compensation. He attempted to make us feel as we were the problem and brushed off what we felt as if we were whining for nothing. I had no choice but to let it go
